Asign - use Of monday Board
What do you like best about the product?
At Asign we have been able to upload Excel spreadsheets and collaborate easier within Monday boards. they provide us with effective Ghant charts, integration and linking of boards. very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
doesnot have a 2 way integration with Hubspot, a bit cumbersome with linking of boards, and not able to have different set up for different groups with a particular board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to collaborate more effeciently and assign tasks to each other, update information in real time. links well to folders

Its really easy to collaborate with multiple teams and follow up on tasks we need to keep updated

The login is a little confusing, I'd like to have it in the app, not in the web version.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has proven to be an invaluable tool for our organization, enhancing our processes and communication efficiency. In a remarkably short span, various departments have adopted Monday to streamline communication and manage company resources with great ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found something I dislike about Monday.com yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the capability to consolidate all project-related communication in a single location.

Helps breakdown steps of each project, create transparency across team, help the entire team be on the same page, track workflows and steps neeeded for future projects

It can be expensive but if you have the budget for it, it's worth it. It can also become a lot of extra work if you don't maintain it from the very beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure the team is all on the same page, making sure projects are on track with deadlines, tracking all steps needed for projects, workflow automation, and overal organizaation

Automations have been very beneficial and makes certain aspects of my job a lot easier.
An essential tool for full business management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the seemingly endless capabilities that monday has. We were able to build out our company account for ever facet of our business, plus our Clients love beening added to project boards to track task completion and have clarity and accountability on the progress of everything at hands. It's been such a success we've successfully migrated many clients over to having their own accounts, and they couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Monday, if ever there is opportunity to change the platform, the development team has been responsive and are constantly innovating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps all team members responsible for their duties and the management on top of project completion. Further, its a great hub for all necessary business admin, such as HR, payroll, accounts recievable, event planning, online forms, and so much more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versitle the platform is. Whether you are using it for Project Management, Tasks Lists, a CRM, or even a place to just simply store data. It just works.
The ability to customize it via integrations, automations, or by using the API, you can make Monday.com your 1-stop place for data and information.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about monday.com, but the two things that comes to mind is that it is lacking the ability to easily make a task reoccuring. Something that you would think would be very simple, takes multiple automations to get it to work just right. The other being that sometimes the automations do not work and you have to reverse the trigger and re-trigger the automation or just do the automated task manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real question here should be is what problem is monday.com not solving for us.
We use Monday.com for a central point on contact for all things Project Management.
We also use Monday.com for clarity as well as transparency across all departments.
We no longer have to make multiple emails or get up to ask someone, we can go check monday.com to get the answer we need.

Amazing for Organizing - Especially with a Remote Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes it easy to see what status each task is in along with being able to separate things based on what the task is at hand. I work remote and being able to be super organized with a team that is all around the country. It keeps everything super streamline and leaves little room for confusion while allowing communication within the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes building out boards can be a little confusing but overall everything is user friendly! I just had to watch some tutorials with some of the features so really no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem in a remote environment is organization. It's really easy to get out of touch with coworkers when collaborating when everyone is all over the US and sometimes in another country. Monday is vital in streamlining workflow and creating a visual way to help keep everyone involved and updated through notifications along with visually showing you in the board.
