What do you like best about the product?
The advantages are the spreadsheets and documents where I can store and organize myself, it's a great advantage for my company. Easy implementation of spreadsheets, plenty of support also for new employees, we use Monday very frequently, and the integration of Monday is very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to keep projects, tasks, and timelines organized! It's such an amazing tool and so easy to use. I love the clean look on the boards and how easy and seamless it is to tag colleagues for feedback, upload documents and keep everything up to date. I can't believe I've gone so long without using this tool!

I have been using monday.com for over 2 years and have never had an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The most intuitive project management software I ever experienced. I can't imagine our day-to-day business activities without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Been using it for more than 4 years and so far have been to find anything to complain about.

I like to receive notifications of new requests in more than one way: email, notification on the phone, and notification on Monday itself. I really like this integration.

I had a bit of difficulty learning to use the platform initially when I received my first tasks, but I was well guided by my team and today I no longer have any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I recently joined the company, I have not yet been directly impacted by this problem-solving solution, but I believe it benefits the organization of workflow and demands on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the UX and UI is good. It makes it easy to prepare, plan, coordinate, organise projects and see the system easily in the interface. It's very easy and used happily by team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit buggy upon start up - but this is a minor thing that the tech team can fix. Other than that, I feel like we need a functionality that can cross teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the cross-information needed between different projects with different team members that need to be aware. It's a central system where everyone can login and see the status and notes.

the easy way for managing different tasks into groups, appointing due dates, status, and additional info in customized fields.

actually I´d like to have more free tasks, there are many tools that provide unlimited tasks, such as jira, but monday is more user friendly, that´s why I changed

Solves the mess around many people collaborating within a project, that with Monday becomes very easy to manage, follow-up, track and focus on what´s first priority.

the visuals are pleasant and it didn't take more than 2 minutes for me to feel completely comfortable and able to work with it, including having all the work methods I've already used taken care of, the easy switching of display types was perfect. And I didn't even mention about the possibility of automating

I had to think a little, but I think maybe better visibility of who is working on the boards in the card overview. Like the little photos of people that you see when you open the card, but before opening it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
clearly organizing for me and my team the number of tasks, who is working on it and anticipating deadlines, in addition to showing how the project is progressing. It is benefiting because my project was urgent and I could easily start working as soon as possible, well aware of the project due to the ease and clarity of use.
