Monday.com Transforms PMOs!

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is that I can take data that was typically tracked via a spreadsheet..and transform it .... in an instant to Gantt charts, calendars, dashboard views. We depend on dashboards to track our program and provide executive reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't use this tool to track as a calendar...there is no way to have a board where we can develop a recurring meeting or task without having to create a button to duplicate entries. I don't understand why there is a calendar function ....yet not calendar tooling to schedule tasks based on the board. I've written in the community about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a tool for Project Management...but I wish they would take into account program management.... we have 19 Projects that we track at a multi-million program level. Everything is very project focused vs. overall program views.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different templates available on Monday.com. I have been able to use it for various things such as employee time-tracking, customer projects, requests for quotes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the exportability of a sheet isn't as clean as I would like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me to organize different workflows efficiently. I like that I can collaborate with other users and assign then tasks. I don't have to keep sending reminder emails anymore because it is automated.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, it looks visually pleasant and it's very functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit for the Status column type is too low. Sometimes there are more Statutes that need to be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of every task in a big project. Using Monday, I can easily create a list and assigned it to someone and instead of me, manually sending reminders, Monday can do it for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful features about it are:

1. Its ability to integrate my tasks with the calender and other features is really helpful for me as I can easily manage projects and meet the deadlines.

2. Its user interface is so stunning and visually appealing, along with great tools that helps in smooth management of our projects without any need for spreadsheets and manual tracking.

3. There are a lot of options for add-ons as well, and their how-to videos and great online documentation helps to learn and makes it easier to get the most from monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features I disliked are:

1. Since I get so many mails in a day, the spam mails from onday.com is really annoying and troublesome as well.

2. The pricing of the platform is slightly on the higher side. The export feature sometimes is wacky to use.

3. The mirroring can be hectic to sue sometimes, so adding a "zoomed out" feature would really help to view across different boards and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is one of the best open source platform present out there for online collaborative work and a lot more. I loved the tremendous nu,ber of features and functions it is providing, like project management, workflow management, task management and more. It a must have platform for the enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so simple to use and very user friendly.

I'm sure there are ways to improve the platform but currently none come to mind.

I need a way to assign tasks to myself and my employees/contractors. Monday works great for this.

Game Changing WorkFlow Management

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is completely customizable and we are able to use it for every different department in our company. We haven't even fully unlocked its true potential, but it's made our workflow so much easier to manage!
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is setting everything up to work the way you want it, takes a little research and time, but it's not a deal breaker. It would be great to include a yearly system review with an expert who could help optimize our personal account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our notes, documents, and status updates are in one location that is available on my phone - in real estate being able to be mobile is key and as an admin, communicating with my team and holding myself accountable are important. I can go out of town and all of my notes and everything I've done or need to do for a file is so easy to cover/take over because it's all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how well I can customize my boards on monday Work Management for exactly what I need. The ability to completely customize a workflow or board setup when something isn’t working to my needs is incredibly valuable. It allows me to create a system that is best suited for its specific purpose, enhancing the efficiency of task management. Although I wasn't part of the initial setup, the experience felt empowering, as if we had the world at our fingertips. The extensive customization options are something I deeply appreciate, enabling a tailored experience that aligns perfectly with my requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't feel I'm using the platform to its fullest capabilities due to limited time and space to learn more about how to use it efficiently. I wish it was easier to get in touch with a monday Work Management specialist who could build out my workflows or make recommendations. Additionally, an AI that could account for board activity patterns and suggest improvements to the workflow would be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for CRM and task management, solving task assignment and workload evaluation issues. It allows for custom board setups tailored to specific needs, enhancing our documentation and information logging.
