Efficiency and good tracking experience
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has been very effective for me in tracking the progress of every project assigned to me. I personally became dependent on it specially when tracking multiple project falling on the same deadline. It also helped team collaboration more efficient as we became aware of which each project member are at, who needs more help, and who can offer more assitance. It also helped managing expectations based on deliverables each members can provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I find the tracking system of monday.com effective thus I really don't have strong "dislike" about it. However, I feel that notification when project deadline is about to arrive or notification about hitting a project memeber's progress is something I would love to see and experience on monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiently tracking the progress of a project and check-in the collaborators and their progress. It also helped in work management as it allows creating more spaces to manage projects that are done and historical track of project and team performance

Monday is solving our problems due to deadlines, time management, progress history, and organization on all documentation.
Best task management software I have used
What do you like best about the product?
There's every style of taable you could posssibly need, subtasks are one of my favourite features as well as priority and status tabs so you know exactly where you are in regards to a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage all of my tasks. It keeps me organised so I know exactly where I am with each task, ensuring I do not forget about it. It's also great for gaining colleagues opinions on different projects.
Great alternative to expensive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Good value for money, it is adding new features that we find useful from time to time. We have also implemented some custom automation using API. so far so good!
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be more customizable. but understanding that it may not be the design model for Monday.com, so it is not really a disadvantage, more of a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com saved us money from bigger CRM provider. It offers a visually pleasant interface and allow better adaptation from our team. it would have cost a lot more if we developed something similar with our previous CRM provider.
Great tool to coordinate and stay organized between team members
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to eliminate several Excel sheets and merge all of our active projects, estimates, and opportunities into one singel touch point.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning about the many options available and not using the software to the fullest potential.

Updates and messages are easily accessed by all team members helping us stay better organized.
A comprehensive review of monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of monday.com is the automation of repetitive tasks in workspaces. It also allows us to create custom workflows, triggers, and actions to automatically update fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the interface of monday.com is not as user-friendly as it should be. The subscription fee is also slightly higher than expected taking its user experience into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has helped me to collaborate on tasks with my team very efficiently. I can comment on the tasks for any clarification if needed and also manage the task timeline.
Monday.com is a one-stop-shop for organizing
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Monday.com is that you can organize your boards into more than one view, giving you a variety of perspectives on a project, for example: they have Miro boards, Gantt charts, Kanban charts, funnels, Figma workflows, tables, calendars, and even have a media library for all of your shared images and videos. We have so many projects happening at once at work, and it's a comfort to know that I can check the board daily for updates and know where other staff members are at in their process. You can mirror other co-workers boards if you're working on the same project too so you don't have to do double and triple work. You even get email notifications if a co-worker adds you to a board, assigns you to a task, or adds a comment, so you know to go into Monday to see the update. It's a one-stop-shop for organizing. It's fun to use and makes the work day a LOT easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can even think of is that I want to be able to use the Miro board more, but you only get 3 free boards with Miro and then have to pay for the rest. So I'm limited there and Monday.com doesn't really offer anything similar. Otherwise, I really love using this app and don't have many complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for three departments at my work to succesfully collaborate on projects remotely. We have multiple boards within our group to stay organized and on task. We are able to mirror each other's boards to avoid doing extra work, and it saves time. Making to-do lists fun and extremely organized. Very user-friendly!
Good Management/Workspace Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's robust yet easy to use. The UI is good and with recent updates, things are easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
My automations just cut off many times. I'm not sure what causes the issue but I'd set an automation for emails for when forms are filled and a few days later I get an email saying it isn't working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a single space we can get most tasks done and keep each other accountable. This makes the team more productive and even makes onboarding simpler.
