Seamless communication across departments
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is effortlessly great and has made our operations improve greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday tends to have software issues and there are days when I'm unable to access my Monday boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped with progress tracking and project management in the workplace, allowing me to work on multiple projects at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so intelligent and logical and easy to navigate and use. I use it daily and it has lots features for me to choose from. It's easy to learn and implement in my day to day life. I find it fast to upload and easy to undo any mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can get a bit lost in my own boards but I think that is my own fault not the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organisation, file sharing and reminders

The platform is very easy to use, helpful when sharing things across a company and assigning tasks. Very help for companys that are global when you can't access people via email instantly.

there are so many options on how to do things it can become slightly overwhelming.

streamling everything and keeping everything in one central base.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is being able to go in and out of projects and keep them in front of you so you do not fall behind on anything. When you are waiting for information to complete a project, you can see what other ones you have open and keep moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any major downsides in the software; the only issues I have had is other users within the company not using it in a uniform manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me that people are working on open projects and who is working on them. This is important because it shows me who is working on what and that keeps the team from duplicating work.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Monday.com for tracking projects and tasks. It gives me complete visibility into every stage of my workflow, intuitive scheduling tools, and effortless report- and chart-generation. Collaborating with my team is seamless thanks to real-time updates and customizable views. I especially love its vibrant interface, unparalleled flexibility, and rock-solid performance

Maintaining subitems is sometimes a bit complicated with dates , multiple dependencies

Streamline your work
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps us get lots of information onto the minimum number of boards. Easy to navigate and move between different boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to input data on to one board and then move it across to another as I can't put it direct on to the board that I want to.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a total game-changer for us at OnSide. It saves time, keeps everyone on the same page, and makes complex processes like Board coordination and due diligence so much easier to manage. It’s improved how we communicate across our internal teams and with Youth Zones in our network, giving us clear visibility and accountability without endless email chains. As a fast-moving charity, we really value how Monday adapts and evolves — the new AI features are just one example of how it helps us work smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely a few small niggles with Monday that I’m sure they’re working on — for example, recurring items aren’t fully supported within boards just yet. That said, nothing major stands out, and these are minor compared to everything the platform does well.

Monday helps us get through a massive amount of work without the chaos – it makes everything more efficient and keeps communication easy. The biggest win is that it helps our small team pull off some pretty big things.

It's so helpful to track tasks and see our overall capacity as a team. It makes the team very open about their workload and how much they have on.

You can't create reoccurring tasks, you can only create automations that notify you which isn't the same. I'd love if they added this feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday at work in marketing makes my day-to-day so much easier and better organized. Managing multiple clients and projects is simplified thanks to separate Monday boards, where you can track progress and see all updates at a glance. No more endless email threads where information gets lost!
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs. Especially the one where pressing Command+Z too many times can cause you to lose your entire message or update. It has happened to me several times — I’ve lost long and complex briefs because of it.
Also, scheduling messages (like emails) doesn’t work properly. I once scheduled an important update to be sent on a specific day while I was on vacation, and my clients never received it.
Sometimes, attaching images in messages fails, so I always end up having to include links instead.

The best work management tool around
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to build everything we need for our organisation in one place. With easy to set up boards and forms this is something we can use charity wide to get sign ups for our events and feedback for these. We use Monday.com everyday and is the main place for our to-do lists for all events, holds our content calendars and everything in between. The system is easy to use and once the first board was built within days we could replicate everything we needed, built in with our emails and other existing systems to make our work flows even easier. The use of Monday.com has reduced the time certain tasks take by an incredible amount meaning our team have a higher capacity to work on more important task than highlighting on spreadsheets. The customer support we have received has always been fast, reliable and friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Monday.com is that on a board, all tables have to be the same. If you could create multiple tables on one board this would be incredible however, we have found ways that work for us to go past this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is reducing the time that we spend on tasks associated and allowing our team more time to do the work than the organisational admin around this. It allows everything in one place and the team can collaborate better as we have a view of what we have done and what the team still needs to do.
