Monday.com has been a game-changer for my team for a while now!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy-to-use interface, the opportunities it offers, and the minimalistic design makes it a great choice
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time for the page to upload, hopefully one day it will be upgraded so it will upload much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to centralize all areas of the business on a single platform, which facilitates a quick and clear view of performance, both in terms of time and figures. The integrations with other tools are especially useful to achieve this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The wide possibility of adding integrations, dashboards, and views is very powerful, but if not managed with balance, it can become overwhelming and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having commercial, project, and financial information integrated in one place facilitates our collaboration between teams and speeds up strategic decision-making.
Easy to use and to search for the information
What do you like best about the product?
I consider Monday as a very user friendly platform. It was really easy to understand and learn how to use it, the design and its colors makes it more atttarctive and the most important thing for me is that you can access to the information very fast.
It was useful to register and track the refund requests from customer and QA results.
It was a nice experience and a tool that I used daily without experiencing inconveniences.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a single thinf that I disliked about this tool, it was always functional and the information was always there whenever I needed. It was a really good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped to avoid creating duplicated refund requests from customers, to track the current status of those request and any other action that we needed to take. Also, it was used to track out QA results weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track team members, team performance, and team earnings. I also enjoy the monday boards and monday forms that could be used for the whole company to keep track of what everyone else is working on and has completed throughout each day. This makes it very easy and very fast to keep up with everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Monday.com does not allow you to copy and paste list of data without exporting it into another program. This makes the process of data tracking and reporting take a little longer than I would prefer. It would also be helpful if editing, or even deleting a board that an old team member has made was possible, or much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped the company keep track of employee attendance, team coaching, individual employees payroll and bonuses. It has also helped with creating forms for potential business partners to fill out for the onboarding process. There are so many other things that the company has utilized on Monday.com that has saved the entire staff a substantial amount of time on data tracking, which has made us much more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy to use platform that allows you to manage, track, and collaborate on projects. The UI is unmatched and is a simple tool that makes complicated workflows easy for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike but if I could add something it would be the ability to schedule outgoing emails within an action plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is the front door to every project we touch. Everything is accessible through our Monday.com dashboard regardless of where the file is stored or what application it was created in.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and best part is that you can build it and add features on the go and based on actual needs. We use it to manage sales at the momento but ready to implement it for production too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, some minor things like the Google Drive connection only let you link files but not folders... but they all are minor cons that do not affect all the pros
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the feature of a CRM but tailored on our needs. So we handle sales, and we are also using it to track orders, payment status and to schedule installations. Now is all in one place and easy to consult

That it can incorporate your existing tools into your workflow and easy to understand the program. Real easy to figure out to use.

I have not one bad thing to say have been using the software for about a month and no issues.

By keeping my document organized in different sections how I created them to be. Also, the setup of tmonday.com makes it easier to understand when explaining to my co-workers and sharing information.

The initial learning curve on Monday can be challenging for teams less familiar with project management tools, and the variety of features may seem overwhelming to some.

This optimizes communication, increases process transparency, and improves efficiency, resulting in projects completed more effectively and aligned with team objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to use, navigate and set up. They also are very supportive of non-profits and have excellent tools and templates to help guide your user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter a downside other than it can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning because the software is so powerful. However they have amazing tutorials to help guide the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Non-profit issues, keeping teams connected and on task. It has been beneficial with keeping communication in order and in one place allowing everyone to feel involved.
