Outstanding Product
What do you like best about the product?
The useability and user friendly capabilities of product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, product works fine, all users are happy wiht it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience has been very positive with monday.com and they always react to any issues.
Total game-changer for my project management
What do you like best about the product?
To start, it's a beautiful platform. I know that may not matter to some, but it made the entire product so much more appealing and user-friendly. I feel like I am planning my projects in a colorful, minimalist paper organizer vs. a spreadsheet. My other favorite feature is the "My Work" page, which pulls all of your next steps from all of your different projects and categorizes them by day/week. It basically functions as an automatic to do list. I never miss a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could name is that Monday.com is more of a "blank slate" to start and it takes some time to figure out the customization that works for you. I've also used Asana, which is more of a "ready to go" project planning board. This is not an issue for me (I like the flexiblity) but others may want a more straightforward platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows all of our stakeholders across different teams to come to one central place to read updates on projects, see next steps, timelines, and communicate about projects. We are also using it to keep track of meeting notes & next steps that come from our cross-team meetings. This is saving me a ton of time and energy communicating these updates or tracking down meeting notes.
Easy, common sense and fully flexible
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, feels very intuitive, and flexible which means we can change the system to work best for us. We can also use it in new ways to fit in wth out business as the features are so malleable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would really like the option to self-assign some of the projects to myself rather than always depend on a work coordinator to do so, so a feature that allows a user to have on enhanced level of access in case of team absences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a briefing form for our designers which is changeable, and allows us to update the feature live between the team rather than wait for an IT team to get involved to do so. So it's quite evolutionary to our own needs.

The ease of usage, the amazing system, and my team's ability to use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't interact with alot of other programs we use like other programs. I.E. Google drive.

Organizing my team on tasks that need to be completed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a ready made template where everything is available only thing you can fill in the right info and there you go to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No such thing we can blame. All the options are already present.

It is equalent some of the products that are available in the market and which is offcourse more effective than others.
Powerful and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Our small marketing department within a community college depends on Monday.com daily. We utilize forms for project submissions, social content calendars, and campaign tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really besides maybe more customization for the forms.

Collaboration, document sharing, project management and forms
Monday.com keeps my team organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers you the flexibility and customization you need to make it work best for your team. You can adjust due dates, tasks, and create any other categories you may need to keep tasks on track and organized. I like the calendar feature on Monday.com, where you can view due dates and even update tasks directly from the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that I have not come across anything that I dislike about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the organizational problem for the team I work on. It helps us centralize our communication, so we're not using too many forms of communication and losig efficiency and items in the process. We are also able to share boards with partners and clients and have them collaborate alongside us.
Very Organized Platform
What do you like best about the product?
You can organzie so much information in one spot. You can record info through monday forms and view it all in your monday boards. This has by far been the MOST useful tool in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this platform for about 3 years and honestly I don't have one thing I dislike. I am always finding more and more features I love!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a call center and it keeps all of our coaching in one place. All of our quailty notes in one place. We are able to upload recordings right into the forms!
Great Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
I like that almost any and everyone has access to any board. The accessibility as well as how easy it is to navigate makes it such a great tool for companies with a lot of team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automative part is a little confusing but once you get the hang of how to set up automatic messages it's pretty easy to understand. You have to play around with it a little bit to get exactly what you want but not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to keep track of all our new properties bills or requirements. Being able to work as a team to make sure everything is collected. As well as sending friendly reminders on missing items without having to go in and send them manually.
Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
So many different features, being able to use different boards, automations work really well, really easy to collaborate with multiple people and assign different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything really yet! It works extremely well for any projects, has so many features so you can tailor it to do whatever you want, assign people and keep track of everything clearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a centralised place for everyone to collaborate on. Not having to worry about updating spreadsheets etc. we can all collaboratively work on it live together.
