Love Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday board is very easy to navigate. It works great for reminders. It keeps everything right where you need it. It's easy accessible. This is the first app that is worked so well for all of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy for us to keep up with every day task everyone feels in their info, so when project is done, it's all in Monday.
Helps keep company production schedule organized and viewable by all departments.

Easy to navigate and find info for different departments and view progress on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile app is delayed and takes some time to load the refreshed info that was entered on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping production schedule organized and viewable by entire company to see what products are being manufactured and when they will ship.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com gives the high efficiency of organizing the company schedule and team outputs. The visual board utilizes the objectives of every member on each item that needs to be posted. It is very easy to use and accessible to any user. I highly appreciate the latest updates on the way of writing replies and even the simple 'Like' button which now comes with different emojis. Great combination of colors, buttons, icons, and writing styles!
What do you dislike about the product?
As monday.com is very handy even to a newbie professional, I don't see a negative point with it. Just maybe the time that it is suddenly updated, I become a little confused with the placement of the buttons but it was just a matter of seconds so again, it's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com eases the way the company organizes its unified boards of the projects, members' associations, status of every tasks, and creative messaging styles. Every update or concern regarding a project can be posted in a well manner through easy and accessible ways.

What do you like best about the product?
I reaaly like how easy is to keep organizing my work. Different task for different clients has never been easier to devide. From the moment I log in I can see a progress and what stage my work is. With updates is poossible to keep track abozut the progress not just by me, but also my colleagues. It si reaaly great especialy during the days some of us get a day off because somebody can easyly take over the task and help clients with their demands. I really highly recomend Monday. com to veryone.

I really did not find anythink that would bother me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for small company and now it is so easy to keep tracking about work updates and dates. Keeping track about workflow and how much time we spent on each project is right there, You dont need any special report to see it. Monday.com really help me with those.

What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient for our team to work on a project that it makes our life easy to track progress in every thing we work on. Monday.com is way more friendly to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much thing i dislike about monday.com but there's one thing that im not that happy about is how the buttons are so easy to click or update status that sometimes it was not my intention to do. Maybe you can give options for us to lock and unlock some buttons that are already assigned for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes our life easy in collaborating with our team to our assigned projects and saving too much time by tracking our progress that we are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and navigate. Been using the platform for almost 2 years now. The 1st time, didn't gave me a hard time understanding on how it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I can't think of any downsides. The updates sometimes surprises me, but it only made browsing easier which is why it's all fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have not encountered any problem in my amlost 2 years of using the platform.

I really enjoy the groups and sub items, we are able to track a lot of data using them. The labels also make it easy to know what step in the process we are in with an item.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish I could copy info from a whole column, Its not helpful to have to export a whole board to select the data we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to collaborate on issues at the same time as a team. We can make updates that another department can follow up on. Notifications are great too, they allow us to respond in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for task management. We have so many different clients, projects, and marketing campaigns that we need a collaborative task management software. Monday helps remind me all of the tasks on my plate that have been planned out, it helps me adjust dates and timelines for tasks, mark tasks complete, and add comments about the status of a task so our entire team has visibility on my progress and if I'm stuck. It even allows me to tag team members in comments to let them know and respond to something that is preventing me from completing a task, and allow us to communicate to help solve the issue and get the task done together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's triggered date features can get tricky. During restructuring a lot of dates got moved around, and the dates which were triggered did not all realign correctly. It's been months of my team not having accurate triggers, but thankfully we can still put in manual dates by hand, it just takes more time. Also, if something gets deleted or changed majorly, there is no way for my team to know who made that change to figure out if it was an accident. Monday should also send out an email to the whole team when a key date, that triggers others, changes. For example, when our opening day for a new business changes, so do the dates of our tasks to launch it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's stopping tasks from getting forgotten and my team not knowing my progress on items. It's assisting me because my boss can see every comment I leave tracking my progress and all the work I've put in so far, verses me only not having the finished final result without progress to show. A lot of my job is communication based, and Monday helps me track the touch points I've made.
