Learning Curve for Complex Features: While Monday.com is easy to navigate for basic tasks, some of the more advanced features and automation might require a steeper learning curve for less tech-savvy users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has proven to be an invaluable tool for our team at the lite center. One of the primary challenges we were facing was efficiently managing and supporting our instructors. With the implementation of monday.com, we have been able to address several key problems and realize significant benefits:
Effective Tracking: Tracking the support requests and progress of each instructor was a complex task. Thanks to monday.com's customizable workflows and task tracking features, we can now assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor the status of each instructor's support journey. This has streamlined our workflow and increased accountability.

Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data about our instructors' support requirements was time-consuming and often prone to errors. With monday.com, we've set up a structured data collection system. This enables us to gather accurate and consistent data, making it easier to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication: Communication among team members and instructors was sometimes fragmented. Monday.com's collaboration features, including real-time updates and notifications, have improved communication and coordination. Team members can now work together seamlessly, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Efficiency and Productivity: By automating routine tasks, monday.com has freed up valuable time for our team members. This has allowed us to focus more on strategic planning, personalized support, and enhancing the overall quality of our services to instructors.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday as a tool to keep organized for myself and also my teams that I lead. Organazation and ability to create clear details while also keeping people accountable is huge for my needs. Monday offers all that and more. Easy to navigate and very user friendly. I apprecaite the option to use templates but also customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this tool at this time.

Keeping everyone / everything in one landing place

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to prioritize your projects daily, while also being able to filter by date, person, group, etc. I love the notification setting so I never forget a deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they had better automations when you've completed a task that it would move to the next person in line for the task, or when something hasn't been approved, it would be nice for it to go to the next ranking person for approval, but again, not a big deal. We just haven't been able to find a good way for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the challenge with having too many irons in the fire, and not being able to priortize based on date and time of deadline. Before, we were using an excel spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team stay on top of tasks without unnecessary meetings or emails. We can house everything we need on the item and it makes feedback, updates, and questions seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the integrations were free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure tasks are not getting lost. It can be easy for small things to fall between the cracks but Monday.com makes that a thing of the past.

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is so easy to use and whenever I have questions, the custormer service is so fast and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet; whenever I have a question, it is resolved quite quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Practila and easy to use. Very convenient mobile app and nice integration with side services. Neat interface and clear and focused aesthetics. Allows for more sophisticated workflow integrations than most planners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the price seems a bit high to me and becomes expensive if working within big teams. Maybe payment plans could offer team packs more affordable for certain amounts of accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps a lot while different people on the team is working simultaneously on a project, ensuring that everyone is aware of all the information and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple, intuitive nature of the tool is it's greatest asset. It provides organization for messaging and information exchanged even in the most convoluted of envirtonments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the sheer number of messaging areas can become confusing or overcrowded leading to information getting lost or buried. Human error is to blame but the tool could be streamlined to minimize these risks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information sharing simplification and organization is a benefit for current and future projects and employees. The ability to store and share tools and experience is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuituive and easy to use and understand. You can adapt each dashboard depending on it needs and connect easily with other developments. The best management tool I had ever use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the tool could improve a little bit on the "sharing" barriers. I can export any dashboard easily, but if i want that other peer (outside the team) have the same experience it isn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives me an instant picture of every project in real time, it allows me to control each project easily and without a big drama. It helps us to control deadlines and due dates in advance.
