Best software for managing your business!
What do you like best about the product?
The most that I like about Monday is that you can tailor the software to manage all of your business needs. It promotes communication and collaboration between your team in a centralized platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has some limitations but is constantly updating it's features so sometimes you have to wait for the feature you want. The pricing is a bit high but is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of visualizing your business process and steps inside your day to day routine in a graphical manner that is simple and easy to use. It centralizes al your data in a single place and can integrate with other softwares for more features.
Its a great platform that allows for ease of task tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy functionality. Allows for nice tracking, updates, deadline, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does glitch sometimes where tagging a person does not notify them. One instance I was tagged on an urgent project but I never got the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for trakcing of tasks that wont be completed the same day. Monday.com helps remind me of the ongoing tasks that need to be completed and the deadlines.
Excellent project management and ticketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy and intuitive to use. It's very flexible and has a lot of great features. In particular, I love the automations. I use it daily to collaborate with coworkers but also to organize my tasks. Our organization uses it primarily for project management as well as ticketing. The monday.com team improves the platform constantly - there are always new features and updates to make things more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming for newer users/coworkers because of the flexibility. Because of continuous improvements, sometimes features move around and it can take time to get used to the new look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier management and collaboration of projects - everyone on the project knows the status of specific tasks. More transparency around work requests/ticketing - knowing where your request is in the queue.

What do you like best about the product?
Tremensoudly powerful project management platform. Between setting up items to alerting collaborators you can do so much with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given that it's so powerful sometimes there can be a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on a wide variety of time-sensitive projects that span multiple teams. It's been able to vastly increase our consistency and throughput as an org.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is uploading dicuments, instead of having paper docyments you can put them in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would add some features, but so far its very good!

monday helps me to collect all the company agreements in a digital space, istead of having paper binders.
Super powerful project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to update my team with new tasks, stay up to date on their progress, and to track the back and forth on each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system has a hard time loading, but it comes back online very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our team to work remotely, which is a huge benefit and makes us more productive.
Monday is very useful for being productive

The way you can organize your tasks according to the project and the fact that you can count the hours and the number of deliverables and it is very advantageous that you can assign tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact when I export the report with what the team did every month, because the excel report is very poorly optimized and it's not easy to understand for the client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday incorporates several applications into one and helps you be productive and accurately measure the time and volume of tasks in a project. Plus, productivity has increased a lot in the company and the evaluation of the time we spend on a task is much more accurate
Our company use Monday to track our tasks, storage some public workflow documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is available on the web and on mobile phones, making it easy to use in a variety of situations. Reminders are also comprehensive, in addition to web and mobile app reminders, as well as email reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Various views make it complicated. I ended up using the basics for task tracking, managing public files, and recording version history. That's all I need.I've never been able to use archive or trash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday help me to track our tasks, storage some public workflow documents. I can use it with other people within the company, working on the same task. It saves us a lot of time in internal communication.

How everything can be set up in one place, you can keep track of historic date have so many boards all in one place with graphs charts and so much more , wish we used this sooner

How to create a new board with in a set board already

Monday is completely flexible and customisable. You can do what you need to do any way you want.

There are no real downsides to Monday just the time you need to learn all the features.

Planning for the whole business, that everyone can see and be involved in.
