Very nice to look at software, not very easy to manage

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it guides you to it's features. You can really get a lot of options to help you create and visualise your tasks. Very intuitive, and well designed product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most irritating thing is that the options it provides in the beginning aren't all obvious as to how much effort they take to manage later. For example if you create a milestone, then a waterfall style task off that, if you don't do it quite right you might try to edit one date but it's locked, edit another and it throws something else out. For myself, I just wanted a really simple task list that I could update, screenshot and send to the exec sponsors of the project, I started spending over an hour each week just updating it so had to cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping me to ensure the project I was working on was visible to the internal and external teams.

Challenging User Experience Trying to Get Started

What do you like best about the product?
Initially it looked like it might be a good solution. There was a demo on the website that made it look like a user friendly project management tool. It seems like it could be not bad for larger teams that can get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I struggled getting into it. During set up there seemed to be errors and I couldn't seem to get a basic project set up. It was fustrating as I was trying to find a useful tool for a client. When shopping and demoing software, one only has so much time and I would prefer a smoother entry to something. I was actually fairly annoyed after the demo seemed to show a completely different experience I couldnt access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to organize files and collaboration for projects like designing a website and some video projects. My client was looking for a file storage, and project collaboration too they were willing to subscribe to. We couldn't even get off the ground with Monday.com. It felt like they faked a good user experience with their little onsite demo. I was kind of annoyed honestly.

Monday is good to organize all steps for a project, and also make the collaboration between user easy

Sometimes it's too complicated to pass from micro view to macro view

Great for tracking projects, however....

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a versatile piece of online software that allows for project tracking. It gives the ability to assign tasks and give the users a "bird's eye" view of the project status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike its inability to use percentages instead of the out-of-the-box options, which are limited and bring down performance, in my opinion. The way I have to get it to work is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that i am aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the color scheme. I love how easy it is to organize my workday.

Honestly, the title of the website made it a bit confusing to talk about with my coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been very helpful in setting us up to use it and is very open and honest with their technical support and feedback. Our team has really pushed the tool to its limits and the Monday.com team is excited to engage with us in improving its performance. On the whole, Monday.com has some significant pluses' that are very attractive to its users. It's very easy to get into it and its visual look and feel are very pleasing to the eye making it easy to follow and identify where to go and what you need to do. There are lots of templates for the average user to get to grips with and it really meets the demands of what most users want to use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
From using and stress testing its capabilities, I have found that under the hood, some of its capabilities have been disappointing for its lack of flexibility. For example, the formula column & automation options are more limited than I had hoped and do have the functionality to do the processes that our team needs to fully centralize our processes on Monday.com.

I think also there should be made easier to set up charts & dashboards. I would go to say that having a dashboard wizard that guides the user through what they want to display would be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it has initially resolved has been project tracking, CRM & management level capabilities. The benefit is a centralized view of company/project data.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much you can do with Monday.com, so I love how customizable it is. You can organize your team's projects and goals and communicate in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve with Monday.com. I've been using it for several years now and I still don't know what it is fully capable of. The resource articles aren't that helpful - you have to learn by playing around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating about projects via Slack or email is very disorganized and things often get lost in the shuffle. I love how with Monday.com, everyone on a board gets notified with project updates. You can include due dates, notes, and tag others.

What do you like best about the product?
Colorful and useful. The platform is very user-friendly and organizes information in a very comfortable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform feels insecure, and all the information can be exposed to other teams.
In addition, there is not enough of complexity and special features to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves organization problems. It benefits me by concentrating info in one place and helps to track others work as well.

Easy to use to clock in for work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very sleek and straightforward. I use it to clock in and out my work hours efficiently and keep my team updated with my work progress. You can also upload images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the other features, so I am not sure what else it could be good for. For work, we primarily use to toggle our hours and keep each other updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it solves just using excel to log in time instead just clicking and pausing if needed or stopping once a shift is done. It's also great because you can customize it as well.
