Great Time Saving Platform That Makes Project Management Easy, Organized, and Efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday work management is a great platform for organizing and managing projects. It’s fairly easy to use, and the file version feature is extremely helpful for keeping track of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that work management requires a minimum of three paid users, and if you want the security features you have to be on the Enterprise plan with five users. This is unfortunate for small teams, since they don’t need five seats. It would be great if monday offered a small business plan. I do freelance work on the side and would love to utilize monday, but as a team of one, paying for three seats per product just isn’t reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday work management makes project management more organized and easier to track, and it also helps me find the current version of documents quickly. Using a OneDrive or folder-based system can get very messy and can lead to several hours of wasted time over the course of a year. Since switching to Monday, I no longer have to search through folders and dates just to find the most accurate resource. Monday’s version history helps me stay organized and makes it easier to locate the resources I need efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Monday Work Management is visual. I also appreciate the integration with tools like Slack and Google, which allows us to receive updates in the correct channels on Slack. This makes communication more effective. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which I think is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like any functionality for the business should be expanding the plans, which makes it uncomfortable in the management of the annual budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to align activities with the company's vision and our clients'. Integrations with tools like Slack ensure that updates reach the correct channels, improving our communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of monday Work Management, no advanced course is needed to learn how to use it. I also appreciate being able to share documents and links, which allows any employee to access the information when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the action of dragging activities, sometimes accidentally, they are dropped into a block where they don't belong and sometimes it becomes difficult to find them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management to manage tasks and upload reports. It solves structural organization problems in the company. It facilitates task management by area and allows document sharing, ensuring instant access to information.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity sells Monday.com to me. I can see every task, deadline, and team update in one place, which just does away with confusion. Assigning work is simple, and progress tracking keeps everyone accountable. Notifications and color coded boards make urgent items obvious at a glance. Collaboration becomes effortless with comment threads and file sharing in one spot, reducing endless emails. Automations save time on repetitive tasks. Overall, Monday.com turns chaos into organization, helps teams stay aligned, and gives managers a clear overview of projects. It’s efficiency and control rolled into one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can feel overwhelming at first. But that is expected, to be honest. There are so many features and boards that figuring out the best setup takes time. Some advanced automations require higher tier plans, which can get pricey. Switching templates or reorganizing boards after they are set up is not always smooth and can be frustrating. For small teams or solo users, the interface can feel more complex than necessary. While powerful, Monday.com can have a learning curve and requires some upfront effort before it truly makes work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves task overload, scattered communication, and missed deadlines. It keeps my projects organized, tracks progress, and centralizes collaboration, saving time, reducing stress, and helping me focus on completing work instead of chasing updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrated communication within tasks, it's designed to manage all aspects of a project. It's easy to track task progress, and I can find everything I need in one place. I like the dashboard where I display all my tasks, it's ideal for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool fully meets expectations and reacts quickly to any need. So for, we haven't noticed any drawbacks, I haven't had any serious problems while using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Checklists save me a lot of time—they’re a real lifesaver. They help us complete tasks more efficiently and make it easier to set realistic deadlines. The custom templates have also optimized our processes, saving even more time and giving us a clearer understanding of how the team’s workflows fit together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization that monday Work Management provides and how my manager can easily and assertively visualize my work. I also appreciate being able to view my tasks easily and quickly. It ends up being very important for us on a daily basis because we can have a history of everything, approval of requests, and it ends up being a very agile and complete way for the whole team to organize themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficulty with the filters at the beginning, as I use it with the whole team, I found it complicated to filter my demands, other than that I find it very complete and dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday Work Management for task organization and feedback. It provides an easy and agile view of my tasks, and my manager can see my work easily and accurately. Additionally, we have an easy and agile history of suppliers, budgets, projects, and we don't lose anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable it is, and how much room it gives us to make it our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing major comes to mind. If I had to point to something, it would be the pricing, or the fact that we have to add 5 seats at a time whenever we need just one more user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of them. We’ve adopted it for everything, from HR to project management to accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
Automating emails using the email and status columns saves me hours every week. The Updates section also lets clients add comments on each item, which makes it much easier to keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs better copy-and-paste functionality. Right now, it’s difficult to import a large amount of data and keep it in the correct format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to keep a consistent cadence with partner outreach, and the automated emails help with that.
