Perfect for Managing Growing Team Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to keep all of my information in one spot. I really like the communication with my teams and the visibility it offers on what has been done and when. I'm able to communicate with my team on specific projects and can see when they have looked at notifications, made updates, and last viewed a board. The initial setup was very easy, and the platform offers the best solutions for managing projects across both marketing and events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more color options for the groups and statuses.

Versatile Project Management, But Needs Better Subitem Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management both professionally and personally. Professionally, it's the project management software of choice because it's easy and versatile for the different needs of my developer team. Personally, it helps keep my growth goals straight and my creative projects afloat. I love that massive amounts of information are kept in a vault that's easily searchable across the hundreds of projects my team manages. The automations are fantastic; they make it easier to generate information without manual labor. They're really flexible, from sending reminders to teammates to creating timelines and notifying higher-ups of requests to maintain SOX compliance. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the user interface and the vast amount of searchable questions and answers available on monday.com's forum. I appreciate how the forum made it easy for me to find solutions and workarounds for various tasks. Overall, I've found monday.com so effective that I continue using it because I prefer it, especially when compared to other options like ASANA or Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I majorly dislike that the subitems are completely separate from the main items on a board. Practically, the separation of them is where the subitems themselves are treated as a separate 'board' from the main items they're attached to. It makes it hard to justify using subitems because they must live agnostic from its parent main item in the workflow of the board as a whole. Also, the pricing system for integrations is frustrating. The by-seat pricing is the most annoying because unless I have the highest paid tier, I can't control what seats get access to the API integration. It's pointless to pay for all seats when only a few will use a tool. Lastly, the free trial is too short at only 7 days, and it's hard for a single content creator to justify the cost of $45/month for a minimum of 3 seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professionally, it handles massive information efficiently for our developer team. The automations reduce manual tasks by generating data and sending notifications, boosting efficiency. Personally, it keeps my growth goals and creative projects organized.
Customized Applicant Tracking, User-Friendly and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is very customizable and easy to use for anyone, no matter what their tech literacy is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that more AI and reporting tools would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep track of the candidate pipeline, which our HRIS system can't handle.
An incredible time saver for project tracking!

Monday allows us to quickly understand where we stand in all stages of our projects. We can work collaboratively and have multiple people working in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not all have the same knowledge regarding the creation of tables. When someone is absent, the changes are complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we used Google Sheets to account for everything in one place. Now, everything is done quickly and automatically. Everyone has access to it. It's easy to see where a project is at, at what stage, and who is responsible.

I like that the interface of monday Work Management is super intuitive, which makes you want to explore more resources and navigate with great ease. I also love the use of AI that helps simplify tasks, functioning as a more intuitive automation. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which we can connect with other collaborators and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Direct communication, perhaps a mini section or chat service like Teams, and maybe some elements that cannot be edited in a group. Group editing could be easier; we could move, edit, and even delete several things at the same time with a single click or by dragging them like a drop it.

monday Work Management solves communication and information outsourcing problems, and with its intuitive interface and the use of AI, it simplifies tasks and facilitates navigation.
Streamlined Tasks with Customizable Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management helps me with automatic reminders and keeps my to-dos organized. I appreciate that I can change it based on what I need to be doing, from every task to changing. Creating my own boards based on services provided feels like having Excel for tracking things but it's way easier to use and create different views for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it does not have a lot of templates. I would love more template options.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn't have to look for a tool to record my working time, and monday Work Management is the best for creating various boards for all my tasks. I love how it's self-explanatory, straightforward, very clean, and not complicated. The tables and AI suggestions are very valuable to me; I can create a huge number of tables to organize my tasks into categories, and AI suggestions help when I'm stuck for ideas. The setup was incredibly easy, and everything is really clean and straightforward. I would definitely rate it a ten out of ten.

I didn't have to look for a time tracking tool. monday Work Management lets me create various boards and tables to organize my tasks, and AI suggestions help spark ideas when I'm stuck.
Effortless Organization and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love it's ease of use. Once I was able to get everything set up and customized to my specific needs, being able to use it moving forward was extremely simple. I love using the software for a "brain dump". When I have an idea, I no longer have to email myself notes or — goodness forbid — turn to sticky notes! Monday has become a major part of my business operations. Whenever I have needed support, Monday's team has been quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I can think of that is a downside to Monday! I love all of its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to depend on emails to speak with my team. I am able to create and assign projects to specific people (and myself). Since my contractors work remotely, I am able to assign them projects and they are able to mark tasks off as they complete them — allowing me full visibility of where all my projects are in the pipeline.
Intuitive Platform That Delivers on Its Promises
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely intuitive and truly delivers on what it promises! It's been easy to achieve the templates we needed and we now use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our employees now have more free time ;) and honestly, there isn't anything I genuinely dislike about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, we are able to track every task within a project without needing to repeatedly check in with the person responsible. Additionally, all our procedures are documented, so if someone has to leave, the information remains accessible.
Effortless Onboarding and Productivity Boost with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com Work Management was so easy for our team to start using. It took very few days to aboard our data and start using it. It has drastically increased the production of our team. We had used a competitor to Monday.com [Asana] for several months before being introduced to Monday.com, and we hated the data input and use of this other platform. Asana was so difficult to use day to day that the team wasn't using it effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found many issues at all. There are more features than we need to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us not loose track of hundreds of multi-month projects across several project managers and many steps and procedures.
