What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how monday Work Management enables seamless collaboration across multiple departments all at once. It's fantastic to manage various dependencies centrally and have access to templates suited for different acquisitions my business is undertaking. I also value the ability to maintain both low-level detail and high-level portfolio management within the platform. The initial setup experience was extremely easy, which was a pleasant surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting elements could be improved with regards to the way data is visualized and represented. Although there have been improvements this year, further enhancements are still needed in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage business acquisition integrations, allowing for seamless collaboration across departments and handling multiple dependencies with templates, while providing both detailed and high-level management.

What do you like best about the product?
We primarily utilize the system as an advanced ticketing platform. It streamlines the process, enabling users to seamlessly submit requests while empowering our team to efficiently collaborate and deliver tailored solutions with precision and expertise.

We also offer a solution for managing social media planning, ensuring teams are expertly prepared to post with precision and timeliness, supporting seamless engagement and innovative content strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free apps available to enhance the experience, rather than relying solely on purchases. While the system includes many built-in features, personalizing it further for your organization often involves investing in additional apps, unlocking a tailored and innovative solution designed to meet your unique needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a ticket system for our IT area that was the main reason we looked into Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that monday Work Management excels in streamlining my workflows, as it helps me stay organized and on top of tasks effortlessly. The setup of boards is extremely easy and convenient for me, which significantly aids in maintaining job order and efficiency. I love how simple it is to set up automations, which facilitates process management and reduces manual workload. Additionally, the initial setup of the platform was very easy, allowing for a smooth transition and immediate productivity. These aspects make monday Work Management an invaluable tool in managing my work effectively.

You can centralize certain tasks if needed.

I cannot think of anything, hoenstly. So far, it's been great having Monday as our tool.

It solves the need to collaborate boards through automations and organizations. It also provides the option to synthesize data.

The automation upon action made from team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have different slots for different type of comments made per item.

We use the comments to keep track of client feedback as well as back office feedback on criteria's like purchases and authorisations etc.

Sometimes its difficult to keep track of different comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team members.
Timeline tracking for each job/item on board.
Document jobs as they progress.

What do you like best about the product?
monday has been a critical part of my team's project management and task organization for years. the interface is very easy to navigate, highly customizable, and is easily accessed by various members of our team across time zones and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, but maybe some automations are a little tedious to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me align my team on all projects across several brands we manage. It is a great asset in task management and helps us keep a solid record of project notes, milestones, and progress.

All-in-One Solution for Streamlined Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday Work Management is the ability to have everything in one place, and manage large volumes of work across multiple teams. Features such as connected boards, mirror columns, the ease of setting up automations help to give a much clearer view of the work that's happening at any one time. It's something we've built and integrated around our ways of working processes, and because of this the vast majority of the team are using it every day. Overall, it's easy to implement, and I would say we've got quite a sophisticated set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having been using monday for a while, there are some improvements and new features which would be beneficial adding. For example, we'd like to be able to pre-populate deadlines on subitems for each step in a process based on the overall project deadline - as a project management tool it feels like this is a basic requirement. Reporting I think needs work as well, while the dashboards you can build are really insightful as a current snapshot on your board, it would be beneficial to look back at the last year, last 6 months etc. and not just the board as it stands. Exec view is also a feature we've been waiting for to make reporting to senior stakeholders much easier. Customer support when you need help are good, but overall not always proactive in telling us about new releases, new features that we could be making use of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place is probably the major benefit. We're a large team working across multiple business areas and a vast amount of work - it helps to have one source of truth.
