perfect for organising your head/tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many options regarding personalisation, I think everyone can tailor it to their own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can only scroll to the right, and when I try left, the whole page goes back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of things that have to be done. There are also integrations applied, therefore part of the work is being done automatically, so we have more time for the manual part. It's really time saving, I love the colors, helps me keep track of my tasks.

Having all of the projects in one place and being able to easily follow on operational tasks.

Rigid in the creation of boards with different columns.

Easy to use, quick to learn, simple to share with plenty of different team members, subcategories for each section, timeline setting feature, and email notifications when assigned tasks and/or when someone comments on an item you're assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experienced anything I don't like thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing many team members from many different departments collaborate with one another on a large number of different projects with deadlines established for everyone along with the current status of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Monday.com are the dashboards. It's so easy to display information in a format that's visually appealing and easy to interpret. Since I started using Monday its become my goto application at the start of my day.
I use Monday.com to manage my workload, and the workload of my Team. I use forms and boards to collect information from colleagues and track processes. The automations available are really powerful, but the huge range of templates makes it easy to get started.
Getting into Monday was far easier than MS Projects etc, and more powerful for my needs. I'd hate to be without it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the coolest features are included in payable integrations eg community boards, which doesn't really exist in Sharepoint either.
It may be my level of competence, but I'd appreciate better control/visibility of notifications to others. For example, if I prepare a private board and then make it a main board, I'd like to control who (if anyone) gets a notification about that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest win for me for Monday is the visibility it provides. I especially appreciate being able to see and interact with the boards supporting a form. It means I can see that progress is being made (or not). I spent some time setting up a couple of dashboards and now my monthly reporting is a breeze - it takes me say 20mins rather than 1/2 day.

Nothing. Its a very good tool to plan our tasks and work

Controlling all the tasks from one place
great portal to organize daily tasks.

Deadline section, person in charge, easy for communications and tagging people who can assist and work together on the same task.

Nothing to add as its fiendly to be used and easy for beginneres.

Managme my task and time, collaboration within the team to emsure proper communication and excution has been done.

With the help of Monday we can track the time of each task and in this way each task completed before time
Absolutely useful, it has many more tools than I thought.
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me to maintain order, to communicate better with my team and to make clear the functions and activities that each one must fulfill. This, in turn, has improved the service our customers receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a displeasure, but with the latest platform update, sometimes errors appear or notifications simply don't arrive. Fortunately, there are many more benefits than shortcomings that you can find at monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the organization. In addition to this, I can monitor the fulfillment of tasks, the time invested in each of them and the projects I manage, but above all to have better communication with the team and that everyone is clear about their roles.
I don't know how I would do my job without it.

The layout of the software is user friendly. It keeps me and my team organized. I like that there is an app that i can use if i don thave my laptop i can still check my teams updates. It completrly structures my work week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any flaws in monday. The only suggestion would be a live chat for the people on each board. Maybe some new colors for labels. I dont have anything negative to say.

It is allowing me and my collegues to work on our tasks from anyhwere. I can see their updates, and make immdeiate changes if needed. It helps me schedule work weeks in advance.
