Best project management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Projects and priorities are super clear and aligned which keeps me focused during my day and keeps me updated regarding deadlines of each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike so far in this user friendly application that keeps all my projects in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, taks management, due dates and collobration.
I'm finding Monday.com to be an great tool for planning and tracking projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, Monday is very adaptable to your workflow, and boards can adjust to your needs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult aspect of Monday is learning how to build your boards to meet your needs. By no means is this a deal breaker or out of the realm of non-programers; it just takes a bit to understand how to make Monday fit your needs, and you will wind up adapting or rebuilding things as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is giving us visibility on all aspects of our projects from start to finish, helping us find bottlenecks. And eliminate them.
Monday keeps me on task
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation of Monday.com. I like being able to create several different to-do lists. Some we use for our whole team to collaborate with and some I just use for myself. I think the collaboration is key and having everything in the same app is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't auto populate tasks from other boards to my personal board. I also don't like that when I click on the date button, Monday comes before Sunday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to create a collaborative workspace where we can all see our projects get updated at the same time. It also lets us share files within the project space so we can keep everything in the same spot.

It's a great system for managing campaigns and projects. Reporting to other people and departments on activities is also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the available options and reports are a bit overwhelming.

An ability to track and manage projects and time to ensure visibility and remove duplication of work

Every project is compartmentalized, grouped, and serviced appropriately, sensibly, and well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see communication tools built into it natively such as ZOOM and phone, as well as a more intuitive and easier google doc integration.

It's making collaboration with seven teams and 60+ people possible.
Monday helps me remember all that is required for my week and is a place I can put my reminders down
What do you like best about the product?
People come up to me all the time and request certain tasks from me and I am not always able to remember everything. But with Monday.com I just put it into my monday.com list so I can complete it in a timely mannner.

there isn't anything that comes to mind that I would say is a downside that I have found yet!

Keeps me on task with what I need to complete each week. Also helps me recognize what I need to do to complete my week.
Monday for Marketing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the interface is clean & simple to read. I also like that they come out with new features all the time and host webinars so show you how to use the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to really try hard to find something we don't like it is that it can be a little clunky when trying to link 2 boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started, it was just the marketing team using the software, now all of our teams are on it and it is making it very easy to communicate and collaborate across different teams and to have a glimpse into where everyone is on a project across portfolios.
