What do you like best about the product?
It's a great-looking system and each table makes it simple to use and follow. Our staff love how much easier it is to run our day-to-day operations. Tailoring each section of the program can help anyone add layers of customised tasks and reporting. We absolutely love the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be honest. We couldn't be happier with Mondays

What do you like best about the product?
Along with being very funcitional, I love how how Monday.com looks. It isn't boring and this actually encourages me to use it. I also love how many features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with Monday. There are so many different types of boards and customization options that it can seem a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team keep everything in one, central location. This greatly reduces the amount of unnecessary emails or messages that ask for a document or about progress on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Keep me on track on weekly activities and help me to achieve them on time. Also, it is transparent and visible to other work colleges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is is not good about Monday.com. I would say probably the pop ups otherwise the overall package is of great help to any organisation rolling out projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is consistent in reminding me on my work plans and daily tasks. Hence, I rolled out activities on site with ease and become proactive. The performance is appreciated by the stakeholders and create a good working relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday.com is how intuitive it is to just get started. It doesn't take long to learn the program, even if just jotting down ideas, Monday.com is very easy to just dive in and figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, honestly. It's easy to share, easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of tasks that have to happen in the order they need to happen. It's also easy to collaborate with team members that are working remote and on different teams.
Monday is a great tool to keep everything in check and in one place!

Creating efficiencies and valuable insight
What do you like best about the product?
Our company started using Monday.com this year as a workflow tracking tool. We have gained valuable insights from data collection as well as the ability to keep track of jobs from start to finish preventing issues of jobs slipping through the cracks. Our team has been able to become more efficient overall. We also have gain a lot of valuable information from dashboarding which has allowed us to identify bottlenecks in our processes and build efficiencies. Wonderful product for a growing company
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more powerful dashboarding where we can monitor trends. Also teaching users our workflow can be difficult as most of the trainings Monday offers are around how to build boards in monday.com also working with 3rd party apps has also sometimes proven to be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow tracking and data collection. In the past we had a lot of difficulty around knowing simple things like how many times we have been at a job who did the job or even if the job is complete Monday.com has provided us the ability work walk a job from through our process and always know where things are at and what has occurred on a job
The Best Platform I've Worked
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, how organized and that processes are very simple in comparison to other platforms. It's also easy to keep things in order without it getting out of hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with new updates glitches appear and it makes it difficult to view. When the platform style changes it also makes it a little confusing to navigate, but overall all well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with an agency that manages many deadlines and people, it makes it very easy to use Monday. I particularly like how to use tabs to keep track of things and keeping things in order when it comes to dates of publishing.
Necessary to keep organized!

I love the trackers and being able to keep all calendars in one place!

It can be hard to learn, but once you figure it out - it works so well!

Keeping organized and on track with planning an event.
Excited to work on projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love being organised, having all my projects at my finger tips with each task involved and then being about to track the progression of each task and project. I also love being able to add comments into my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I am a one man bad and I have to purchase a minimum of three seats. I only need one seat and would love to use other functions of Monday.com without paying for seats I will never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me to see what projects I have and plan out the tasks involved to allow me to set timeframes so I know when I can take more projects on or when I'm behind.
