What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps our team organized. We love that we are all able to collaborate and edit. It is also super user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I wish Monday.com could send different notification updates (and I'm sure they do, I probably need to look into it haha!).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps us all running smoothly. We are able to stay controlled and have information anytime anywhere about any of our jobs. We are able to keep more information there instead of trying to ask and nag others for it.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is a platform that has been rapidly improving and has achieved an extraordinary level of functionality that allows to manage and automate the processes of organizations of all sizes and industries with a fast and economic implementation, because it is very easy to understand, to use and to adopt by the users. Even, on many occasions, small companies that do not have access to expensive ERP systems can use monday.com as their administration system to carry out the operation and control of everything that happens in the organization in a digital and integrated way between the different areas, so they achieve optimization and efficiency of its limited resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some point, it was kind of slow but now they have upgraded their database and it seems quite faster. It is a great tool for tasks, activities and deadlines follow ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get rid of company-wide Excelitis, you can substitute Excel with this great, integrated, collaborative, intuitive and secured platform to manage and automate almost any business process.
Monday is great for Project and Program Management
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to provide updates; others can see the progress and provide complete transparency and collaboration. It will create Gant Charts for you. The competition is nowhere near advanced as Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications from boards, not my own, but that's my team's fault. The only thing that is lacking is I wish we could create a subfolder under a subfolder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Microsoft Project, which was cumbersome and complex to maintain and took away time from our day job. Monday solved the timing issue. It's quick ad accessible, and we can track multiple deliverables with it in a smaller space.
It has streamlined my project management efforts.

It's easy to organize tasks within a project and easily see status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding something archived is not always easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps collaboration across my team and departments on tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Pivot Table capability without having to upgrade all the way to the top tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track work processes and assign owners ; documentation ; Supplier Management. Partcularly for Supplier Management, it allows us to keep track of the WIP and enable traceability of processing information. We completely rely on Monday.com to keep track of inventory and WIP.

Not sure. There isn't many things of note to dislike.

Creating a centralized schedule where it's visibile on a company scale.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize Monday.com to fit your organization needs, it is effiencient and an easy way to communicate. You can automate actions, create forms, and keep records of all projects easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally, my biggest gripe with Monday was that you were not able to click a 'mark as red' option for inbox notifications, leaving you to manually clear each one. However, shortly after I left Monday feedback about this--they introduced the option. I was thrilled!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me keep a record of all the projects I am managing, the status they are at, and keeps communication effective throughout the process.

Wonderful at keeping my team on the same page so we can meet deadlines and create sales for our clients.

It can be confusing at first. But makes sense with time.
