Very easy to use platform that streamlines processes

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday on a daily basis, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. It contains all required project information in one place, allowing myself and my guests to easily understand the status of their project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to load/make updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my customers (guests) to have one source of truth about their project.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it is to use and customize for different types of work. The layout is super visual, so it's simple to see who’s doing what and when things are due. It keeps everyone on the same page without needing a ton of meetings. I also really appreciate the automations — they save time on repetitive stuff — and the fact that it works well with tools we already use like Google Drive and Slack. It just makes managing projects a lot smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about monday Work Management is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with all the features and customization options. It takes some time to figure out the best setup for your team, and if you don’t have someone familiar with the tool, it’s easy to get lost. Some of the more advanced features are also only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered communication and disorganized task tracking. Before using it, we relied on emails, spreadsheets, and chats that often led to missed deadlines and confusion over who was responsible for what. Now, everything is in one place — from project timelines to file sharing and updates — which makes collaboration much clearer and more efficient. It’s helped our team stay aligned, work more transparently, and save time by cutting down on back-and-forth messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Monday.com to stay on top of our service jobs, from crew scheduling to rigging and gear logistics. It’s been a great tool for keeping everything organized while we juggle multiple projects. The custom boards and dashboards make it easy to track where jobs stand, and automations help us stay ahead of deadlines. It’s saved us a lot of time and keeps our team aligned. We use this daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the mobile app had more editing options, but overall, it’s been a reliable and essential part of our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our schedules constantly shifting and every project moving at a fast pace and high stakes, Monday.com gives us the flexibility to stay on track. It allows us to sprint between projects, adapt to changes quickly, and keep everything organized so we can continue delivering high-quality results for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My first experience with Monday was when I joined the company. I found it extremely organized and effective. We were able to easily coordinate our weekly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't find anything bad about Monday, I've been using it for almost 3 years at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the Sprint's organization of tasks. We've been able to identify everything we have to do during the week.

What do you like best about the product?
A good central hub for collaboration and execution across departments. Monday's intuitive interface makes it easy for users at all levels to navigate and contribute. The ability to assign tasks, set milestones, and track progress in real time helps drive accountability and transparency in a start-up environment.

While the platform excels at organising workflows, it's less clear how much it actually drives productivity beyond task management.

Easy to use when setting up new implementation plans

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, it notifies all the relevant parties, it allows you to invite people to view the boards from outside your organisation. We've found it great to stay across all our different clients implementation plans when we roll out our software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wonder if there are areas I'm not using effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't know where we were up to during each training and implementation phase for our clients, we also struggled to know where staff were up to as we weren't recording anything in an area the team could access. Monday.com has resolved all of that.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Monday in the notary's office has been a fundamental experience for improving the organization and control of notarial processes. Thanks to this tool, we were able to create customized boards that allow detailed tracking of each file, from the incorporation of companies to notices to the UIF. The platform stands out for its ease of use and implementation, which facilitated its rapid adoption by the team, and allowed for constant and efficient use in daily activities.

The wide variety and number of available functions, along with its ease of integration with other tools, allowed us to automate tasks and reminders that facilitated strict compliance with legal deadlines, avoiding delays and errors. Additionally, Monday enhanced communication and coordination among team members, centralizing information in one place, and ensuring that everyone was aligned with progress and pending tasks.

A particularly valuable aspect has been the customer support provided by Monday, which has always been quick, efficient, and attentive, helping us resolve any doubts or issues with the platform, which has facilitated its implementation and continuous use.

The use of Monday allowed for the optimization of the operational efficiency of the notary's office, providing greater control, transparency, and agility in document and administrative management.

It could improve in the implementation of certain formulas and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small jewelry manufacturing company, and compared to other similar platforms, Monday stands out for us. The nature of our work is less structured and requires us to manage every process in a way that differs from how things are typically done in larger companies. Monday offers us great flexibility in creating and managing purchases and workflows. It also allows us to automate tasks such as order tracking and assignments. We really like it – it’s easy to use, intuitive, and offers excellent value for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t particularly dislike anything. The connectivity between different boards can be a bit complex to understand at first, but we’ve managed to make it work. It would be great if the platform expanded its mathematical functions to allow for more complex operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Together, we’ve been able to gain a clear view of our production process and connect it with marketing and customer management. This integration allows us to align our entire production line, leading to improved results, more efficient internal processes, and better communication with our clients. Additionally, we use data to identify behavior patterns, which helps us make informed decisions regarding advertising strategies and the design of new collections tailored to our customers.
