Best Decision I've Made for My Business
What do you like best about the product?
The nearly limitless variables that can be created on a board and being able to integrate information from one board to another makes this a very powerful tool. We run our entire business on Monday, and we've not looked back since implementing this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to build formulas into boards is not always intuitive. Also, the need to hire experts to help create solutions - I wish we could work with Monday.com directly for help with solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday's superpower is communication. To connect our clients to specific projects or share details internally or with our contractors makes this a game-changing software. We used to use Basecamp and after a few years began using Monday and we find the difference to be night and day. Monday is so much more than project management.
Keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities are limitless. I am able to keep my team connected, updated, and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
On a personal level is the graphs. I need more practice on them.

It allows me to do all the things other apps limit me on.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to do my job better. Nomatter what we need to do PMO, Management System (ISO), tender responses, framework agreements, company strategy plans. If you use Monday.com, then you can have a few "core" boards that link up to other boards. I never need to list each employee, I have a board for employees, so whenever I'm creating a board that needs to reference employees, I simply link boards together. I use Monday.com inside MS Teams and I use Monday.com instead of BI for charts, I even link it to our CRM so Monday.com emails me when a PO has landed, I can see the value, the type and the number of PS days the second the PO is awarded/deal closed in our CRM. I use it to remind me about everything I do in my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be manual, the automation is brilliant but there are sometimes limitations to the automation capabilities, meaning (while less manual than a spreadsheet), it can be more manual than some CRM packages. We use Monday.com as a catch all and an immediate "spin-up" and by that, I mean if we decide on a new application but realise it will take 3 months to deploy and more months to train. We can spin-up a Monday.com board that does a similar job in less than an hour, giving us in immediate short term fix until we tune our core application how we want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire PMO and our Management System both run on Monday.com while our Sales Team use Monday.com to track tenders/bid team.
Monday is extremely helpful with the reports I have to run weekly.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how when we have reports due we can set reminders and show our progress for the team to see. Upside is Monday keeps the team accountable for tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think I have any downsides at this time. I have not found any flaws with the things I use it for.

We all have task to complete and Monday keeps everyone on track. It lets the team members see when and if I need help or vice versa.
Simplicity and visibility for all
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been extremely beneficial for our team. We were able to automate 75% of our processes and collect much needed data. Search functionality is also heaven sent. Thank you

Downsides is really more of a personal issue than about Monday.com. We are extremely reliant on Monday.com

Visibility and communication issues are solved as everything has its place and keeps people accountable

I work in a creative studio. Monday allows me and my co-workers to organize and update creative projects as we work and keeps everyone on the same page.

Sometimes statuses don't update to the desired boards they are trying to be moved to.

Monday allows everyone in my studio to follow and track workflows for all creative projects
Can not do business without Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com because it keeps me organized and not swimming in a sea of paper or desktop folders where I can't locate anything! I am a professional musician and freelance graphic designer. I use Monday.com to organize my contacts, venues, details for my gigs such as personell, how much each person gets paid and more. My weekly plan includes, practice logs, websites that I need to keep track of, earnings. My workspace has everything from contact lists, to press kit materials, set lists. I really love that I can upload excel files and convert them into actionable plans. Monday .com is genius. Love it. I love that its so flexible. love ability to automate tasks. I really can't say enough good things. It is a brilliant product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this platform. However, I was dissapointed by one of the templates that I installed - I just couldnt make it work and the instructions weren't very helpful. Wasn't sure how to get help with it.

that you cant have the columns be different for groups that are on the same board.

it organizes the tasks in an easy to use format and tasks can be assigned to different people and we can track the status and update in real time, by using we reduce the number of meetings to discuss status of tasks
Amazing Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
This application is very useful for me. The application has improved our project management and follow-up skills. Our teamwork has become more efficient. It provides us with beautiful data to show the processes of our works and the situations that are being installed. He ensured that things were transferred to the right people.
Apart from the project, it is very useful for me to follow my individual works. I have almost an assistant. Monday.com helps me finish all of them without missing the deadlines of the works. The graphics are very nice. My managers can see my work through the application. I didn't have to prove myself for the things I did.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a contraction in the charts. It's getting better every day, but there may be some more innovations for daily use. If the interface is improved, it will be much more efficient. There is nothing I don't like in general.

we were having problems with project management. sometimes people did not know that the jobs were assigned to them. This situation was making it difficult for us in terms of time. Monday.com thanks to him, it became even more organized. Tracking and reporting have improved. It is much clearer which work will be done by whom.
