Awesome for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can organize tasks by client or by project, and divide them by tasks. Following the thread of a task, assigning managers and managing resources is very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit complicated or confusing to configure custom notifications for the different boards, or to generate a personal board where I can check my assigned tasks. Yes you can, but it requires a little patience to know how to configure for someone who is not so familiar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize and manage tasks for our clients' projects. We are dedicated to Digital Marketing, so a project is made up of various areas, which we can keep organized thanks to boards, tasks, assignments, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to communicate with my coworkers through this amazing tool. It's also the best virtual to-do list I've come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make my personal board wihtout any team members being able to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The fact we can invite clients in so they can track the progress of our work on-top of internal checks. I don't have much experienece with competitor platforms, but this has worked great so never needed to switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit buggy or clunky. Sometimes the automations aren't working properly. We are also still working through the CRM and how it integrates with other tools that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a central location for both internal teams and external clients to organize and track action items. It is also a form of communication between our internal teams and clients

What do you like best about the product?
ease of organization for our business. Keeping everyone in the loop of what is happening. Making things Automated helps with our day-to-day movement and keeps us on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Ability to make boards. Sometimes it is not as straight forward as it could be. Some technical tweaking is often needed to get everything moving at 100% efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Between users, Mondays makes it smooth to communicate what is important and what is coming up that needs to be looked at. This helps with multiple locations able to be brought in when needed.
Easy to use and to innovate with the automations
What do you like best about the product?
you can connect several projects in one tab, so its easy to manage it as well the way you can share and work with your wokingteam.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its quite difficult to upload and update tabs from an exixting exel. Also I havent found the way to make reports directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping all the team in touch and following the workflow as well as all the activities per person

I love how organized it keeps not only me, but my team. It is such a great tool to collaborate on tasks and keep our projects aligned and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about it. The only suggestion I would have is to allow for the subitems to have a subitem type category as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping open lines of communication within our projects and offering task organization in a way that helps our team become more efficient and aligned with our business needs.
Monday has increased my creativity and kept me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I thought Monday would help keep me organized and help plan websites, business plans etc. And it does that in spades of corse. I did not realize that by having an organized place to keep ideas organized would boost my creativity by leaps and bounds. Thanks Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Monday would alow the sale of templates. When someone creates a great workspace they could then market it and sell it toother companies. This would create new revenue streams for users and bring in new clients to Monday.

Monday keepts me organized. It helps me with deadlines and time managment.

It is a must have for keeping all of your ducks in a row for managing all of your projects, orders, tasks, you name it!

I do wish that you could allow more cloud space for free so that we could share more files on the platform.

They offer a very competitive nonprofit user license rate, highly flexible system that can adapt to all people management needs of an organization

Because it is so flexible, it takes special attention to ensure consistent usage and management across teams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it daily for my own to-do list, which integrates into the tasks I am given by other project leads. This provides me a consolidated overview of my to-dos.
