Excellent Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having a system that can organize and track all of your inventory or items related to your departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I'm using the system to its full potential. I believe this tool can really help scale a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 1 system to connect to other systems together. Having a space where all staff can collaborate together in different roles and departments.
Great and easy to navigate

I like how I can collaborate between colleagues with ease.

The downsides are the delay of uploading new info

It's very easy to use. It's a great tool for organising projects for your team, communciation of tasks and keeping the comms within Monday.com not lost in a string of emails. We love the fact that you can set the due dates, importance ranking and continue to update with status. High recommend!

Finding quick learnings to use the tools effectively, there's so much we don't know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comms aren't lost in emails. The whole team has visibility on what projects we're focusin on, the status of the project, who's responsible and when it's due.

To have information too spreadout. In Monday everything is in one spot and we can communicate with the team easily. workflow is simplified and efficient to solve task on time

What do you like best about the product?
Showing transparent workflow and projects so that all team members know where youre at.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be helpful to easily mirror across dashboards with the ability to remove some columns easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is good for sharing workflow keeping updates all on one location, transparent communication between work collegues and managers meaning more productive meetings.
Keeps Me Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation. It's easy to put in place and it just helps me visually see my task lists better and tidy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually don't have many issues with it. But sometimes some automation with statuses change don't always move to the next area. It's once in a blue moon and eventully moves to the next area its assigned to later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see all my tasks and customer service issues on one place. Our team can also see the progress and it's nice having the history of what's going on in full transparency.

I appreciate all of the templates, the ability to organize my projects that I choose, Slack integration, notification feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates available based on the level of service that my company signed up for.

Monday keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic data that can be linked to other boards, including automations which I can set as reminders for myself or stakeholders on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited functionality when a column has been mirrored and it's name cannot be keyed over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is replacing smart sheets and spread sheets - which is a blessing!
