Great for keeping track of assignments

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps all assignments/tasks organized. I like that I am able to track the progress of assignments and its all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any complaints about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to have an organized flow when it comes to project management.

BEST PLATFORM EVER FOR BUSINESSES!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that its very flexibel in a lot of aspects. They now have a lot of more features and more automations for the boards. I love the new look because it makes it easy to search for boards and see what is the most important task or project to work on. In our offices, we collaborate contantly with eachother and this platform makes it so easy to update our project status and tag the people who are next in line to do their part of the project! We use to manage our dental lab slips system among other items like employee tasklists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have nothing negative to say. If I have an issue their support is amazing so it helps me get things resolved either way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to get data that is essential to our business to see our productivity and employees productivity. It even helps our website traffic for our clients. It helps us organize training material for easy onboarding :-)

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand, easy to manipulate, and has extensive documentation that allows you to learn more every day, in addition to having a very active community within its platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is a good tool but like everything, it has weak points. So far, there is nothing that bothers me when using it. I believe their technical team will take care of all the tickets we raise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I have been able to solve all the problems that the client has requested from me. I believe there are still more actions that would contribute to their improvement; it's a matter of time.

Efficient workflow and easy to track items

What do you like best about the product?
It has streamlined our workflow process. We can send work out to freelancers, and back to account managers just as easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few little bugs pop up now and then. Easy to fix, but can be a tad annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work created by Account Managers is sent to our Monday Board, labelled and sorted into lists which are easy to allocate and sort by user and by priority.

What do you like best about the product?
The real time input that keeps the team informed without having to use multiple lines of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more of a CRM set up to allow us to communicate with customers as easily and efficiently as we do between team members.

Easy to use for project management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday.com allows me to keep track of tasks during procurement. I was previously emailing my team about their tasks weekly. This was tedious and made for a lot of missed deadlines. Now I can quickly ask people for progress updates and set timelines. It has saved me a lot of time and stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a chat option, instead of an add in like slack. Comments are a great way to keep communication going but a group chat to share documents would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is multi-national and requires complete visibility on all tasks. To be able to collaborate on complex tasks together we need to be able to update each other regularly and schedule meetings in a timely manner. Monday helps me keep track of tasks and monitor when members are reaching deadlines. This way I can check in on team members and help out where I can to ensure the project is moving along smoothly. The ability to keep track of updates on each task is a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great-looking system and each table makes it simple to use and follow. Our staff love how much easier it is to run our day-to-day operations. Tailoring each section of the program can help anyone add layers of customised tasks and reporting. We absolutely love the program.

Nothing to be honest. We couldn't be happier with Mondays

What do you like best about the product?
Along with being very funcitional, I love how how Monday.com looks. It isn't boring and this actually encourages me to use it. I also love how many features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with Monday. There are so many different types of boards and customization options that it can seem a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps our team keep everything in one, central location. This greatly reduces the amount of unnecessary emails or messages that ask for a document or about progress on a project.
