Very Helpful to the Team and Impactful
What do you like best about the product?
How organized it kept everything and the recurring automations on repetitive tasks

A good amount of back end work to be done, if you need automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allowed us to create workspaces for each team memember, we had Universal projects and client based with repetitive automations.

What do you like best about the product?
As a team lead in a cybersecurity firm, I appreciate how Monday helps me maintain clear oversight of multiple project managers and their respective tasks. The platform makes it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment across teams. Its visual boards and automation features save us time and improve overall coordination, especially when dealing with complex, multi-phase engagements like penetration testing and remediation tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to load, particularly when we’re working with large, content-heavy boards. It's unclear whether this is due to system performance on our side (although we use high-spec machines) or the size of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve the challenge of coordinating multiple ongoing cybersecurity projects across different teams and clients. in our firm, we often run parallel penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and remediation followups.
Monday allows us to centralize task management, streamline communication, and maintain real-time visibility into project statuses. This has significantly reduced miscommunication, improved accountability, and allowed us to deliver results faster and more efficiently.

Very easy and helpful for day to day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
As a designer I love to use monday to share the tasks with my team and update eachother on specific projects. I love that it’s also integrated with slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might only dislike that it’s a bit costy for big groups.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com for project management at work! It’s super intuitive, easy to customize, and keeps everything organized in one place. I can track tasks, deadlines, and team progress without things falling through the cracks. It’s made communication smoother and has seriously improved our workflow. Highly recommend it for anyone managing multiple projects or teams!

There are occasional outtages but seem to be resolved quickly.

Convenience and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to easily and quickly lay out tasks for myself and others. I am able to coordinate large events across the agency and see where everyone is in the process while doing so. It's very easy to create reminders that are tailored to the specific project or board. It has allowed me to feel much more organized and ready for every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like much is buried under a paywall. When I want to access features or templates they will be part of another module that you have to pay more for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of making my own spreadsheets to track things and having to track hundreds of emails regularly to monitor a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com makes it easy to organize and track multiple requests as mini projects. I can set up dashboards to manage my weekly requests and collaborate with other departments, who can update the project status from their side. The platform also allows me to present progress and new requests in our weekly meetings so everyone stays informed and knows their next steps. I also appreciate how monday.com consistently adds new functionalities and delivers features that make the tool even more useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I’m very satisfied with monday.com. The platform meets my needs and continues to improve with new, helpful features. One improvement I would like to see is the ability to make changes to a column in one group without it automatically applying the same change to all groups in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Work Management to track and manage my weekly seat requests, treating each request as a mini project. It allows me to collaborate with other departments, who update the status of their tasks directly in the platform. I also use it to prepare and present progress updates and new requests in weekly meetings, ensuring all teams stay informed and aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday's Work Management is awesome. We have been using it as our workflow software for about 5 years and I absolutely love it. It's very visually appealing, which helps to keep things organized when sifting through dozens of different active workflows. I also find it very easy to use and quick to pick up. You can customize so many things to suit your company, it truly is fantastic. I also love the community page where you can go to suggest product features and upgrades.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as Work Management is very customizable, I still find some simple things unavailable that would be nice to have. However, they are constantly upgrading the system and nothing is so inconvenient that it's not worth using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create workflows for all of our client requests and processing so we can keep everything tracked, organized, and it does not get missed.

Monday is a very easy to use and easy understand work management platform. We love using it. It keeps us on track.

Nothing Monday is great! I would recommend it to anyone.

Gives us one place to look at all of the projects we have and tasks to complete.
Essential tool for project planning
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all items assigned to me at a glance and sort them based on due date, priority label, and status label.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some views, monday.com doesn't consistently show subitems with their main task-group information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com Work Management helps my coworkers and me to break down big projects into main tasks. The ability to note task information centrally on monday.com allows us to more easily touch base about priorities and meet client expectations.
It has made things much easier and more streamlined at our company.

I like being able to know what needs to be done and am able to update things live to keep everyone on track.
