Fantastic Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easily collaborate with team members, easily shareable with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are a little less intuitive/clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates a 'one stop' for our team to track status of projects.

Great for organisation, collaboration and keeping track of many different tasks, goals and targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to set up automations in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System error reporting, keeping track of many tasks, logging information in bulk.
Monday user for 3+ years and loving it
What do you like best about the product?
The automations to have a product flow from creation to complete; really helps the team stay on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
Still notifications - my email gets filled with those but not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problem of losing projects values or getting behind schedule. The ability to tag folks on projects and track their work is incredible. It really holds our team accountable because it's visible company wide.
Great solution for tracking
What do you like best about the product?
We are a label printing shop and use monday.com to track where a project is in our workflow, it's easy to set up and track everything at a quick glance including the appropriate specs for each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing I'd like to see changed

It's great for an "at a glance" perspective and we can see where everthing is in our workflow.
A user friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
I most like the endless possiblties for storing data

I wish when we input emails at once it will auto populate similar to how the items do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The are able to store our data properly and efficnently without having to look in mutlple spaces. It is a more productive environment and we apppreciate the platform tremendously.
A proverbial gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredibly intuituive and flexible Monday is - it feels like we have managed to build our own bespoke processes and streamline the business in countless ways! Not to mention the access to visual performance indicators, all in realtime to remain plugged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not a lot I dislike about Monday. I suppose if it were possible to connect more applications through an API then this would be favourable, however a large number of readily configured apps do exist and this is probably a grand wish!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a realtime view of all ongoing leads from our sales team with the ability to interact, review metrics and manage the overall process. This feeds out into realtime stats too which is highly recommended due to automating a process we previously had, keeping sales staff accountable and keeping everyone in the loop to progress.
Easy and very practical to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing aboout monday is the facility to manage all the items and projects at the institution, monday give us a visual ambient to perfectly follow our asigments

I think just that i can't program my own automations with code

The problems that is solving is having all the programation and data base of our online courses in production.
It's easy to track schedule and Subject related to work
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very useful for me because here's every details are mentioned and updated,before I start my work I check it. Now details which is easily found are Daily report , Weekly report, clients details etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now it's working properly fine for me,now need not dislike anything.

I didn't find any kind of problem yet while using Monday.com
Get Yourself Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an incredible organization tool when you learn how to use it properly. I love being able to assign myself and teammates to tasks the email me reminders, as well as show up in my Home page of tasks to do. Working in project management, there are a lot of moving parts to keep track of. You can use conditional formatting on your boards, for instance, I have jobs past day highlighting the row in red, due today in yellow, and due this week in green. There are a lot of very customizable features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a calendar component so you can develop a standardized timeline for a specific job. For instance, if I know the average job is a 90 day cycle, I would love Monday.com to be able to let me build out a template based on calendar work days and holidays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of timelines among different teams and team members without having to ask that person specifically, just check the board!
Simple, elegant, easy and visually pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Monday allows collaboration within our IT team and 3rd parties we're working with, both internally and externally. It's simple interface combined with feature rich enhancements alllows us to keep everyone up to date with ease and simplicity
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot I don't like about Monday.com. Potentially the limitation in sharing boards between different projects would be a bonus (e.g. a generic risk register board linked with a project board)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to easily collaborate and provide updates to those that need it without the need of remembering where documents are saved. An added bonus is the ability to allow multiple people to work on the same feature without any clashes, all while presenting the information in a clean and effective manner
