Monday.com is one of the best PM systems in my opinion
What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable. While it is helpful to have a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of the system, once you do, you can really make it fit any business use case. I strongly prefer it over other similar systems like Asana and ClickUp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything I dislike, but more direct integrations with other systems is always a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to manage our internal projects. Track EOS with a full suite of custom built templates. We also use it for our CRM and to track all of our sales efforts. We also use it to track all of our client projects.
Monday has helped us manage our scrums and sprints each week and update colleagues on progress
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which I can assign tasks to colleagues and track the progress of items graphically
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that tasks are duplicated in different areas of Monday boards, it would be useful to find similar tasks across multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and documenting our scrums and sprints and communication within the sprint team is made easy with Monday
It is simple and easy to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using money is that it is easy to learn and very usefel. It is a good way to keep track of items for your job. It is self-explanatory and runs smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using monday is that sometimes work will not save. I will input some data and sometimes the website will not save it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping keep track of our orders. It lets us know what orders still need to be ordered and what orders have been processed already. It helps us better organize our orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have many different boards depending on whichever task /process needs to be organized. I also really like the versatility of the actions for each task to make sure nothing gets missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the fact that sometimes auto-actions (i.e. moving a task to a different board when marked "done") don't happen automatically. There are times when I will mark an action as "done" and it does not automatically organize the task and put it in the "done" group. Most times it works well, but there are times where it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the question of "Who is doing what?". Everyone knows their role and who to assign certain tasks to if needed. It limits two people working on a task at the same time which makes our team more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com feels sleek, intuitive, and highly responsive-- everything you want in a UI. In addition to the gorgeous, clean lines and the thoughtful applications of color theory, this tool has allowed our teams to streamline cross-functional communication, exact new standards in our workflows, and quickly scale the operations of our growing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish it wasn't possible to apply a "done" status to a parent item without a dependency on a "done" sub-item status. Being able to copy columns across boards without the use of third party apps would also be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives us the ability to collaborate across business units in a way that we never could with other project management tools. Monday's view and reporting capabilities make it much more than a glorified spreadsheet.
Great for Daily Team Project Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I work using monday.com on daily for nearly 6 years! I couldn't think of any other platform for our company. The boards feature is what I use the most in order to manage our multiple projects. The sub items are also useful now that it was added recently compared to previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the board under "Item conversation" I don't like that there is a "Files" box and a "Info box. Why? Because if I add any files there, it get be easily forgotten so for that reason, I tend to use the update tab only and save everything there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily review and tracking, project management and priority tasks for my team. Having a board structure is a priority to stay on top of what is needed and ensure all get's done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday.com is visible with real time updates by anyone in the organization. We were heavily using excel to manage various tables of information. It could only be edited by one person at a time. As we've transitioned most if not all excel worksheets to Monday.com, its been so helpful across our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything about Monday.com currently. The functionality is unmatched. As i learn more about Monday.com's abilities, I expect to continue to be wowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's kept many emails from being exchanged asking about status of certain tasks. Users are able to have updates at their fingertips without sending an email and waiting on a response.

I enjoy how user friendly it is to organize the tasks and priorities for a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish he gaant chart was a little more user friendly. It took me some time to understand the bigger picture of the timeline.

They are solving all of our project deadlines and accurate reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible so that teams can customize to meet their needs.

There have been no significant drawbacks for any of our teams.

Monday is helping us to keep all of our projects and operational information in one place. It also allows teams and individuals to create their own project solutions.
Definitely a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful things that we get about using Monday.com is how much time it saves us. Having a paperless system has helped tremendously, especially in locating and keeping track of all the orders that we have. We used to keep all orders in plastic pouches, but they the order would get misplaced and we would spend a lot of time looking for the order or we would have to call the customer to ask for instructions again, which was embarrassing sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I dislike about using the system is getting everybody on board to actually update everything all the time. For Example, if we don't enter the customer's phone number he/she won't get a text when the order is ready, but that's more of a training issue than the system. The system is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Monday we keep all the required documentation and instructions for each order in one place. We don't need to interrupt anybody while they are working to ask them anything because everything is right there on Monday.
