Simple and amazing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple and intuitive design, some tools and integrations to make your service faster, drag and drop is easy, but the visualization could be better
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to pay to see work and task charts;
And I really need to invite my clients to see the status of jobs, and in my opinion this could be better, like having a list of all clients and just selecting where you need them to have access

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday make my days more easy and the job more fast, for me and my team, is the better tool what i tested. Now we don't lose time with documents revision and waiting for the departments directors see the drawn on the table

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track due dates in Monday and customize my boards so I can add notes and links and priority statuses. I also like that I can tag other teammates so they can see what's been assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is visually overstimulating, especially at first when I was trying to learn how to use it. The color coded statuses and boards helped create order though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay organized and on top of my tasks at work. It allows me to track progress on individual steps associated with a task and gives my manager the ability to check my progress without having to micromanage my work.
Monday is simply amazing!

You can do so many things on Monday! Control and manage activities is my favorite!

The fact it doesn't integrate as much as I would like with Excel and spreadsheets.

Monday.com is easy to navigate and is exceptionally user-friendly. It allows for integrations with different apps that our agency uses as well as endless automations that we use to improve our day-to-day tasks.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about Monday.com at this time.

We have many clients with different needs. Monday.com allows us to organize our workflow so that all of our employees can better serve our clients.

Monday has completely transformed my professional and personal life! I 100% love the automations as it makes my job and tasks more efficient

The caledar view option does not let you title the different data for the same item, so it makes it harder to visualize

How many different things you can create from all of the features they offer. I love the starter templates. They are a great starting point for any project.

Sometimes I build a board so complex that I have to scale it back because it is just not practicle.

Accountability and time tracking for all of my resources. It also helps the exec level see exactly what's going on through a dashboard.

The most helpful aspect is that it can fit in any type of project, from a CRM to the management of a IT project monday.com can handle it.
The fact that you can keep a communication aroun the project by tagging your collegues is also really helpful.

I think that would be nice that you can have some privacy on board from the lower plans, because as a manager you always need to have the privacy of some kind of information, for example sells and prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the information around the project in one place and organized, at the same time all in the teams are involved and updated whit what is going on about the project.

What do you like best about the product?
I have spent years looking for the best tool to keep me, my teams, and colleagues organized and on task. I have found it in M.com. It extra functionality is intuitive and fast to learn and they keep adding extras to make it better. It can totally transform accountability if used correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other tool, it needs attention and maintenance so tables and information does not become stale. Its another tech to spend time on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While the company uses it for workflow. I like it best to document 1-1 regular conversations with key employees. There are no excuses to 1) forget 2) say I did not know the priority or 3) have other communication issues, especially in other non-english speaking countries
