User Friendly and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love the endless customizeable aspects of monday.com. We transitioned our entire tracking system to monday and we are constantly amazed by how much we can customize/track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features of monday.com that I would never have known existed because it is not openly advertised. It would be great if there was a monday.com user guide that can be emailed to every user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use a general excel sheet to track our hiring efforts, but there were so many factors that we could not control/customize. Monday makes it very easy to sort between markets/managers/candidates.
monday.com is an super intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use and how easy it is to onboard someone else to the tool. You can also customize it to any projects or workflows for your team whether that be a simple "to-do" board or a complicated budget board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's less about the app and moreso about the resources. I believe there are monday.com resources out there that I can leverage, but it would be great if I could have some content customized to my role and use-case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps us keep track of projects in a simple and intuitive way. I also like how we can set notifications and reminders and it's an up-level of what we were already doing with Excel sheets.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize and prioritize projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes notifications can be delayed and/or glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the line of communication between client and agency clear. Clients can easily view where we are in a project's timeline.
The tool that makes my work life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Monday.com is. I can make it work for my project management needs easily. The automations are another feature I really appreciate about this platform. Their customer service is superb, our rep (Jess Ciufia) is awesome and available to support us in optimizing our use of Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I haven't encountered a situation that I didn't like or appreciate about the platform. When I'm learning to do something new, their help library is extensive and I love many articles have videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team project manage our campaigns in one place where we all have access and visibility to each other's work at any time. We also use it to collaborate with external freelancers.
Monday.com is phenomenal for small business management
What do you like best about the product?
The easy with which you can create tracking mechanisms for just about anything and organize them in ways that make sense to your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their WorkDoc feature is new and improving constantly, but it leaves a bit to be desired when compared to other document solutions like GoogleDocs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday for a huge array of purposes. We track company assets, projects, high-level initiatives, and sales processes with it. We also keep a lot of our company documentation in their WorkDocs format.
Perfect for team organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Helps to keep myself and my team organised and up to date with our work. I like that the whole team can use the platform at the same time. I also like that we can add and customise our own labels on the boards to suit our needs. The platform is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be a little slow, and unless you assign an item to a user straight away the item is removed before you can finish editing it. Otherwise everything is very helpful and works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one place in which the whole team can work collaboratively and keeps everyone up to date on different stages of project planning. We can also upload all files relating to a certain project so that all info can easily be found by any member of the team as and when needed.
Monday.com is an efficient and concise tool in my day to day work

The organizational tools and automations!

Some moments it doesn't update right away or I experience lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It organizes and prioritizes tasks really well, making it easier for me to keep track of what's important.

What do you like best about the product?
cloud based, real time updates between team members to ensure everyone knows where eveything stands in real time. No more email to ask for updates, everything is transaparent on monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting team members familiar with the tool and ensuring everyone is using it in the correct and most efficient way. Once everyone is onboard with how the system works it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
static documents where people were updating diffent versions than each other. It also helps in getting the workflows all in one place for a one stop shop on status tracking.

I love that my whole team can be involved together and keeping up with eachothers progress.

No downsides - its wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about the program.

Sometimes when there are so many clogs in a machine, its really helpful to have everyone on the same platform
