Very useful to administrate your work and be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can administrate and know how much work and pendings you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you finish a pending you move it to other group, sometimes do not work as you want and item gets stuck in the original group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting out my work and this makes me more productive to my business

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Monday a couple of months ago. It has helped us tremendously with keeping track of projects. It it user friendly...I was able to use right away without training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. I can't think of any improvements the software would need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It opens the communication between all workers and projects are getting done fast and effciently.

What do you like best about the product?
The product allows us to inspire our departments to automate and enhance their business processes. Less spreadsheets, more accuracy and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
We failed to integrate with Single Sign On from day 1 and now have problems migrating to full SCIM provisioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to automate complex business processes and provides an easy to use interface for users with a range of technical ability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean user interface which makes it easy for staff who arent very tech savvy to use. Its great for automations and providing updates to the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about monday .com, i would prefer more of the available add ons to be produced by Monday.com and not cost any extra to add on, as the service is already fairly expensive and such add ons should be part of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it creates a clean user interface for interacting with a large teams across multple sites, its great for live updates to all relevant members to a certain project.

What do you like best about the product?
You can kind of just build it out to be anything. There's a million other apps that can be added to it. It's a great program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more permission settings on what users can see and can't see. Shouldn't have to fully upgrade to enterprise. Just put a price pint on every add on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy place for all the employees to see all the info they need to complete their job.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how it organizes all of our team's tasks in one screen and provides visibility into what our team is working on. Also really helpful for end of year reviews to be able to see what exact tasks I accomplished throughout the year
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike about monday.com is I wish the site would provide more reminders for outstanding tasks. Obviously people can get busy and loaded down with tasks and if I don't check the list every day I could potentially forget a few. If there as a way to automate an email saying "Is XYZ still open, do you want to close it?" that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves task organization and allows my leaders to help step in on any work that is outstanding. I feel a lot more productive as well just by knowing I'm clearing things off of my to-do list and can easily see that on monday.com

Monday is the best!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep my tasks organized and add notes to them. I also love how customizable it is, it makes it so much easier for my team to create custom tasks and share with our manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I try to switch to a different dashboard and when I come back to mine, the order of my tasks changed so that is the only think that would need to be imporved on but I do not really mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep all my tasks organized and it helps me with the notes section since I can add all the information that my manager might need in the future. We also track different requirements per client in monday which helps when our QA department wants to review our compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Monday.com across my entire team. It was easy to use both the basic and more advanced features. It has allowed us to visualize all our metrics at a glance, spot trends and simplify our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard or impossible to undo a mistake--I accidentally overwrote an entire column of data and by the time I realized it I was unable to undo, and was stuck making manual corrections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
first: workflow efficiencies. With the form, we can bring requests in, and even automatically assign a resource based upon project details. second: it has made it so much easier to visualize and communicate our data to leadership.

Great team tool

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to create multiple boards for team sharing information, assigning tasks, recurring tasks reminders and general team colaboration. This is a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you learn how to use, there is nothing to dislike about monday.com!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in multiple locations and this colaboration between team members is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend it.
