Monday.com is a no brainer for organizing & managing your project workflow and maximizing efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows you to build your work flow the way that works for you best. They provide the tools and many ways to customize and automate processes. If you can think of it, you can likely make it happen in Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is a rather small thing. It has to do with the reminders you can set for items within Monday.com when you can click the "bell icon". You are limited to selecting; 20 minutes, 1 hours, 3 hours, tomorrow, or next wee (which is always the next monday). Using the tools and customization options Monday.com provides, I was able to program my own system that would allow me to choose a time on the hour and any day of the week/ month. There are many times that the provided options are too limiting to what kind of reminder I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our business to more easily organize and track our projects through out every phase including the first point of customer contact and all the way up to their invoice being paid in full and everything else in between.

The way it connect difrerent departements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. The way we use the tool does satisfy the company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to track benefits for our rmployees. We also use as a source of communication between HR and Payroll.

its thebest thing because you create your own system to keep track of your projects and creats tabs and due dates so everyone cna keep track and submit on time

so far its been really good havvent had any issues I can really point out

makes it easy to follow up and keep track of all projects and submit whats needed on a timely matter

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy, when I got into Monday.com and I can figure it out it is so friendly to use, it is so similar to Facebook, but for work for sure. It is not easy to miss a notification, and it is easy figure it out all the details of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the options to see all my past comments, posts or responses. Also watch anyone else historial of comments, in that way we can track easier some projects issues'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication process between departments is easier thanks to Monday.
Also the historial of communication with a customer is easy to track.

Great tool for collaboration and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been an excellent resource for my company and me personally. I use it to create my marketing email and content schedule. It keeps me organized and on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues using monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep all of our tasks in a central area that everyone in the company can see and work from. It helps me personally stay organized as the Marketing Coordinator because this is the sole tool I use to create my timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Lists all assigned projects with applicable time lines, status, priority, planned effort, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have numerous completed Projects, however, I am still receiving messages that they are outstanding?

Time management - allows me to keep track of projects and their status
A wonderful tool that changes your daily remote work
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to track tasks coming from all team members, and you can decide the level of notifications that you get (i.e. get a ping to your phone instead of emails).
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to select my own shade of darkness for the background color. It would also be great if one could modify dependencies in a more graphic way in gantt charts (i.e. instead of going to the task and modifying the column, just click and drag the arrow on the gantt chart directly).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping with creating a clear work environment. Each team member can track their own tasks and at the same time keep an eye on how much everyone else is doing. Updates are also easy to track and this removes effort duplication.

How user friendly it is. I love that we can stay organized with the app and communicate within the app

Since the new update on Monday. I don't like the new interface of the browser

Monday helps with assuring our permit information for each location in Illnois. They also assist with providing updates on inspections we need to set within our jobs we complete
Easy way to control your workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It is a simple and easy way to organize your daily tasks. Also, automation is beneficial for recurrent tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact you cannot skip weekends, as the daily tasks only can be done from Monday to Friday.
