Monday is really user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
This is a user friendly tool and I love to use it daily at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think of anything wrong with this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for my team to use it since we can see the deadlines and add people to task.

Easy Time Management and Resource Hub

What do you like best about the product?
Time tracking is so valuable to see how much time is spent on a task for myself and teammates. I really value seeing project status among my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can no longer see total time tracked on a group of multiple tasks. I can only see time tracked on individual tasks, not the whole project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of leads, project tasks, tracking time, seeing where teammates are at, and storing easy documents for quick reference. This makes us more efficient and on task.

Automations = Lifesaver

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can set up forms and automations that will trigger necessary actions as new input comes in. That way you can tend to things in their own buckets without wasting time sorting it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike and I have had to really dig into my brain on this one. Th only thing that remotely comes to mind is the ability to easily use (automatic) creation dates to set due dates. I know some of my colleagues are coding it themselves but not all of us have the time or ability to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made it a lot easier to unify different teams that are all working on the same objective. We have built boards that many people get value out of. It allows us to update and communicate effectively without reaching out to many seperate people.

Can’t live without it!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday was critical enabler as part of our fully integrated suite of systems (Google Workspace, Lightspeed, Deputy, Xero etc) us to become one of the most digitally enabled, data driven & automated restaurant concepts. We were able to run 50% of the daily operational tasks with effective oversight and accountability. The company itself feels like it has strong values relected in the support provided to me personally while recovering from tough times to stay organised, maintain the IP created and provide a professional proposals and plans to new clients as I began to rebuild
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you start automating, you can stop! There should be a single person licence as opposed to a x3 seat minimum
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountabiliy, Visibility, Feel Reassured. More organised. Productivity, time saving, money saving, Less stress = more time with daughter and beach

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a highly user interactive platform with so many features in it. You can view graphs, time taken etc and we can view our productivity.
its an highly recommended tool

Sometimes its speed is low, screen gets hang so that can be worked upon

We are using monday for logging our daily tasks so it keeps information about all the wor kwe have done till date.

Best way to organize projects without a ticketing system!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy to manage project board that works well with multiple teams able to contribute and collaborate together, regardless of location. It's also a handy way to track active issues without having to work a ticket bin.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about monday.com and all that it does. If anything, perhaps more customization options would be useful as the default font selection is rather bland.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a centralized project manager, so having a place where we can have our boss list out our projects & assign relevant personnel and collaborate openly together helps a lot in regards to tracking issues and making sure that the many things we work on day to day don't get dropped somewhere in the process. It's an easy place to have multiple boards where you can divvy up individual tasks and track things on an individual personnel basis.

What do you like best about the product?

Some features can be a bit overwhelming or take time to fully explore, especially for new users.

It helps me stay organized, ensures accountability, and saves time by reducing the need for back-and-forth updates through email or chat. Overall, it boosts productivity and keeps projects running smoothly.

Great platform for managing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for keeping multiple tasks organized in one place. Monday.com is easy to navigate and you can customize it the way you want it to be with the items/reminders that are important to you. Super user friendly and you can have multiple users. The fact that it is customizable is huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
None! Monday.com is so easy to use and I would not change a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is what my company uses to manage claims and keep all updates in one place. The ability to include documents in the same note as the update is a huge bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday has so many customizable features. From setting conditions on your boards to personalized status updates. There are few limits to what you can do with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's anything I dislike about Monday.com. Organization is something I struggle with at work, this tool helps me to keep everything in one place and keep track of all my tasks in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps not only to keep my individual tasks and projects organized in an easy-to-view format but also provides a huge benefit to our organization overall. We utilize Monday's Online Form Builder to easily integrate requests into the system where they can be tracked, timed and settled all in one place. Since utilizing Monday, we have seen an increase in overall workflow and production by having solid processes set out. My favorite part about managing my tasks in Monday is being able to see how long I've had this task assigned to me, how long I've actually spent working on it, and how far off I am from completion. I can set conditions so my completed tasks an be harbored in their own section and it's very rewarding to see all the work I've put in.
