What do you like best about the product?
The variety of use cases it can support is vast. Much more than a project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional work is required with their APIs to integrate it to core company products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems, from creating project plans and sharing actions to creating work item queues, 1 2 1s, self-help tools. Overall it helps us create visibility of work and collaborate better

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and functional, colourful and things are organised. I appreciate it's customisable userface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that it can often be too slow to use and it's caching times are not up to scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use CRM system, logging inbound and outbound sales - keeping track of all interactions is extremely useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to consolidate information up to a single view. This is really useful for collating project information and presenting the data in an easy to understand format and view. This is particularly good in presenting data in a format to be able to identify where things are going well and where things need attention.

Customer support and service is absolutely fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Within our business there are constraints on information governance - we cannot store documents on monday.com. It would be good to do additional work on the online docs viewer so that we can use federated online document storage alongside monday.com. This would provide us with a single portal into our information, both planning and project related documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping solve our flexible way of working, we have a hybrid method of work and it is sometimes sifficult to keep up with all projects ongoing. It is particularly good at highlighting when tasks are due, and what tasks i need to complete on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday lets my team flexibly organize, transparently streamline, manage complicated localisation projects with its intuitive platform. It's so easy, but absolutely professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large and ongoing localization projects can be somewhat complicated to set up, as we have to dedicate label columns per language, marking done/working on it/stuck etc. It's fine for the most part, but scaling up inevitably suffocates the experience. That being said, it works better than other platforms and we like using monday anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to manage otherwise unmanageable levels of tasks, that are otherwise lost and/or fall through the cracks. We need everything to be visible, prioritised, and all eyes on the projects - whenever we need. The flexibility that monday.com offers is a significant asset to us. We can collaborate seamlessly, integrate with other apps and boards, and really make sure that our tasks are managed with priority and with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday as it is a clear way to view my to-do lists, as well as share what I'm up to with my colleagues. It is brilliant on a personal level but also for collaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
There actually isn't anything I dislike about Monday, it has helped me work to the best of my ability and it has helped our team work together and help each other out when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday ensures that the team I am part of works well together and can easily see when we need to help each other out. It helps us to plan around each others workloads and keep on top of our own work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of Monday.com. It can be used by anyone looking to improve their workflows. But delve deeper, and the feature set is phenomenal. The best feature that Monday.com has to offer is in its automations. It is what makes it the most powerful product in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to find anything that I dislike. Monday.com is a slick offering that caters to every type of business. There can be a little bit of a steep learning curve for new administrators if you have never set projects up, but once you get the hang of it it really sings!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run multiple projects at any given time. Managing my clients as well as being able to assign staff to work on tasks if valuable. The automation that is included in the product is an absolute game-changer for my shop. Being able to automate tasks, create boards based on criteria met and keep a top-level view of my remote team makes the product perfect for my shop.

There is nothing that I can mention that I dislike about Monday.com!

Overview on all departments and access to information on status of projects. Collaboration has vastly improved!

Game changer - makes life so easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I love creating lists that I can personalise to suit me - I can have as many columns as I like, assign a priority to each item, mark each with a status (again these are all things I can set up myslef) + I can create 'rules' to take actions after I have done something - e.g. for my To Do list I can set "Done" and move that itme to my "Done" list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any down-sides yet to be honest; it works really well for me and fulfils all my needs. I use it myself at work, and we also have team boards to use that our team can all see + adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- To Do lists - helping me keep on top of the many tasks I need to do day-to-day; its so quick and simple for me to add an item + update it as it's in progress or gets completed.
- Things I need to follow-up on - I can set a due date for these
- Meeting agenda's - we have a board where all the team can add on to this
- Documents the whole team needs to see - we can have these all in 1 place, easy to find and use. Team members can comment on and also "like" an update to show they've seen it.
