What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the most I liked about monday, is that we can have control of the company in real time of all the activities that we have added from the different areas of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
What we don't like about monday is that we were used to the sequential search of 2 or more words and they changed this option, marking the columns to search with limitations on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the freezing of the information that does not change status or groups at the time of carrying out the activities, monday executes a process which corrects the failures that have occurred due to the different problems

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization is spread out across our state at 12 different sites and Monday.com has allowed us to make our processes more consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for some people has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has made it easier for us to collect and analyze data about the impact of our work. Prior to implementing Monday.com, we had mostly anecdotal data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can upload documents for each particular project, and tasks without having to sift through emails and drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't create items under subitems

Keeping all the docs together for projects, and helping keep me organized.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and easy for new team members to pick up when we show them how it works. We love Monday.com in our office because it's perfect for keeping track of our task progress/updates and helps us ace our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! Everything works great and if we don't understand how to use a certain feature, the help team have been brilliant in actioning our requests and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com are our client task list so it is helping us keep all our work in one place. We can easily tell where we are at with each task, who's allocated to do it, and when it's due.

Monday.com is an excellent organisational tool

What do you like best about the product?
I seriously don't know how we functioned as an office before Monday.com. We have customised boards that keep us all organised and on the same page 24/7. It has personally replaced my diary and has enabled me to keep track of and enusure all our clients receive the same excellent service from us. Team transperancy and transferrability of tasks to the team has also improved. We use it every day. Our customers are able to be looked after with a checklist ensuring each client gets the best possible service from us.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, I have not found anything to dislike. It functions the way it should. The mobile app could be better, I found it is not quite the same to use on a phone as it is on a larger screen of a laptop or Ipad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the ultimate to do list for me, and provides our team with up to date information. I find I am more productive as I check off each item that I am required to complete for each client. We also use the forms function to assist with internal requests from staff which is able to be completed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Can see everything on my plate easily all in one place. Various sorting options make it very easy to manage what's a priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to better understand how to link tasks between different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com allows me to always see what work I have on. Once tasks are on monday nothing is forgotten. monday.com also allows for easy collaboration between teams for seamless project execution.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see everything in one place and keep track of the workload of my whole team at a glance. Really customizable columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a ton of functionality that you wouldn't necessarily know about if people weren't there to train you on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of daily workload across the team as well as upcoming initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Item and task-level communications. The ability to easily share files. The ability to create automations. I also like the function of templates and private boards too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It very well could be ignorance on my end and it could be that Monday.com already has this feature, but I wish there were a more robust accounting/invoicing/ financial aspect to the platform. I'm still using an external solution and I would love to bring everything into one location via Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com also serves as a CRM for our leadflow. Overall the platform has solved every problem we had with task and project management. We now have the capacity to manage ongoing monthly support and project-oriented support. All of this in one platform and in one location. We can easily handle multiple projects for a single client.
