What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive and easy to use!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it has been running slowly and there have been some delays. Additionally, our colleagues in China often experience significant issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the administrator and main promoter of Monday.com, I use it every day to oversee projects and monitor progress, as well as to keep track of project status updates, bank guarantees, workload and tasks in my department.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is the flexibility to customise boards exactly to our business needs. We can build workflows for everything from day-to-day task management to client onboarding and sales tracking – all in one place. It adapts to how we work, not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when setting up more complex workflows. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the customisation options are incredibly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping us bring all of our business processes into one place – from daily task tracking to client and staff onboarding, lead and sales management, and even time tracking. Before, we used different tools and spreadsheets for each of these, which made things disjointed and harder to manage. Now, we have more visibility across the business, better collaboration between team members, and greater efficiency overall.
Automations on monday make the workload lot more manageable
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the automation; I can simply set up an automation to send out a Slack message whenever a change is made on one of the client tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although outages of monday.com sites are short, they do impact the workflow when it happens as we deal with time-sensitive work, which i dislike about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving lot of manual data entry work

Better to manage my own task and better to communicate to my team so we can have more time to do other things while keeping our work performance at the high standard.

Helpful to keep all my projects together
What do you like best about the product?
I work a little in multiple departments in my company. Monday helps me function by letting me work on projects in every area. I am able to personalize boards with automations so they fit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more features were implemented through Monday's programming itself instead of so many extra marketplace apps. There are so many we'd like to use, but the extra costs when added together make them unsustainable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a franchisor, and Monday helped us turn our new franchisee onboarding into a spreadsheet that never got updated into a template that now gets used and tweaked as needed. The My Work screen also pulls in tasks from multiple places so my responsibilities no longer fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me as a manager, to organise my teams and work schedules in a more effective way with some nifty automations and notifications that keep me up to date. I use it everyday in the workspace and it is very reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit much at times to keep track of all the tools and boards, especially when linking boards together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and timing is easier with help from the Monday.com application.
User friendly and very easily navigated by the person utilizing this software program.

Truly not a thing... I absolutely think the world of this software system.

Collaborative To Do List Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to use and a great way for teams to share a to do list for goal collaboration and staying on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations are somewhat limited in what they can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of individuals that are responsible in making sure tasks are completed at our apartment communities. There is also a lot of turnover. Monday keeps everyone on the team on the same page of where each task stands.
Great tool for managing workflows, but still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and visually appealing Monday.com is. It helps our team stay organized and on the same page. The customizable boards, automation features, and integrations with other tools like Slack and Google Drive make managing projects much smoother and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When boards have too many tabs or columns, the platform can sometimes become noticeably slower. This lag impacts the user experience, especially when working on large and complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com primarily for production planning and sharing schedules with our teammates on the manufacturing floor. Once I create and assign the tasks, they are able to initiate the processes and keep me informed about the status of upcoming steps. It really helps us stay organized, reduce miscommunication, and ensure that each phase of the workflow progresses on time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and does not require any training for users. It's also customizable so one size does not have to fit all. Really like the attachment feature as regardless of file type it accommodates just about anything you want to upload and it sequences it so easy you can keep things easily in order. Monday.com keeps it simple as it's easy to over complicate trackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there any visible dislikes, but would like to know how to get the values we input to autoamtically default to the same format......probably user error but at times the data entered for say ebitda is 1.0m or .600m or 600k. Looks a bit wonky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the amount of deal flow we have we can easily keep a repository of all active and past deals for easy reference. It also eliminates unnecessary email traffic and ensures people can receive timely notifications which increases efficiency.
