Does just what we need with a simple, intuitive user interface

What do you like best about the product?
Without any complex programming, we can keep track of our marketing material approval process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better. In the end, I need to export to Excel to create the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Document Review & Approval Process. Monday.com notifies each person as they need to review/approve, give them an opportunity to add comments, push back for revision and eventually approve. Tracking the approval of all documents and having a history of who approved when is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization that it provides, it puts all tasks in one centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The confusing sorting portion, it's sometimes hard to see which tasks still need to be completed. I also wish the filtering part was more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its' solving the problem of not having one reference point for the team to see.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that Monday has, it keeps my teams managed, and aligned so that we give our clients a better experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the dashboards load super slow. I have Enterprise and I still find them way too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes our job flow. We use it as a CRM and operations to handle our clients. As a $12M company we use Monday all day everyday.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday.com keeps me focused on tasks. It allows me to update my team on my progress with projects, and I can give feedback on what phase of development I'm at, and whether or not I need feeback or help. It helps me stay on task, and keeps me accountable to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if there was something tracking daily check-in streaks, so that it would increase motivation to use the site consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay focused on tasks, and keeping me accountable to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an easy app to use and manage all types of project, also works like control to differente procedures or process. Just a fine solutions for differents tasks, projects or control procedure even for customer support helpdesk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more free apps for standard version.

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com daily to assign tasks to our team, organize our call recap documents, create SOPs for our business, organize our members' information, and so much more.
When our team grew at the beginning of this year monday.com was the most helpful tool from our roster. Our entire team works remotely so having a great tool like this one to assign tasks, and leave feedback has been our live saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some integrations that would be very useful for us that it currently doesn't have. The steps in the automations are also great and they have expanded them in the past but there are some still missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several problems in our business:
- Assign tasks and communicate with the team in an easy way
- Create SOPs that all live in the same place for all of our team to view
- Project management
- Create call recap documents, create action items from those and assign tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiest and quickest way to put all the team on the same board and start manage the tasks, priorities and all the organization needs. The calculation

To easy to break the structure and delete items and sub-items.

we have multiple projects where users from somedepartments working together with internal employees and external suppliers. the way to make it easy to follow and solve each task with the updates inside and the notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
streamlined our comms and processes - having everything in one place that teams can interact on! it also makes reporting so much easier, dynamic updates from multiple boards saves us so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, struggling to think.. our only downside is getting some users engaged and up to speed quickly enough. some teams have been really quick to adopt and others take a bit more time, just depends on their use cases. However, the monday.com team are always on hand to help with this and have run various internal training sessions for us which have been well received!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have moved our NPD workflow to monday.com from an alternative system and already seeing huge time efficiencies, it's making our project management so much slicker!

Keeping track of projects progress, lists and other details that need to be accessed by several teams.

Not able to integrate with other platforms (ie: CRM's etc) without paying for another service to sync information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can track the progress of my projects, make sure the deadlines are met and use the feature of status updates

I don't like it that whenver I crete a new item, it gets deleted and then I have to click "bring it back" on the pop-up message to retrive that item
