Mondays Rock!
What do you like best about the product?
We find that keeping check of running a group of companies internationally can have so many timelines we cannot track what is when. But out group uses Monday to keep lists of all submissions and deadlines, we run projects through the board and track our progress as a group. This keeps everybody well communicated with tasks and we find it so valuable to our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to cheer me as I finish my monthly task list - really would make my day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a department split by location to London, Hampshire and Remote we would spend far too much time sifitng slack and e-mail for communication. We totally avoid this by using the boards to communicate we have moved on with tasks or projects. Monday works like a dream for our kind of set up.
Great for Project Management and Organizing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to customize each board the way you want. My favorite feature is the ability to color coordinate different sections and statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is that there isn't too much flexibility with Monday when creating and using a board. This causes my team to have to create many boards because the columns are fixed throughout. I wish I could have a dynamic board where each group could be different and have diverse columns that weren't all the same.I wish there was also an easier way to transfer content from one board to another with internal linking to make finding information easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to proof our teams work and let's us know the order of operations for multiple projects. The automations help a lot and I prefer it over excel or manual work.

For me, the best thing about Monday is the fast way to rearrange items and sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Monday is actually perfect to my job.

Monday.com is a great tool for collaboration and project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Upsides of using Monday.com are the ability to collaborate within the tool with coworkers. If all team members use the platform, it reduces the need for messages from other platforms. One central place for tracking and project management supports accountability across teams. The workflows and form integration have transformed intake processes in our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration benefits are only seen if all team members are engaged with the tool. If teams are not using it then there's outside system messages that feels like duplicative work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for tracking all projects. Intake forms and project management for marketing and comms. The intake form requires the submitter to provide all relevant details and be thoughtful in their requests for support.
Great workflow management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides easy to use tools for businesses of any size to streamline workflows and track projects. It is also flexible enough to tailor for users at all levels of technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Monday is that is can be tricky and a little over-complicated at times to track everything you want to track on a project in the simplest way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a hybrid work environment and several employees based at locations away from the main office, Monday makes it easy to keep everyone looped in and on-task with projects and outcomes.
Very intuitive and easy to manage!
What do you like best about the product?
Its desktop app works great, it's highly customizable and it integrates with a ton of third-party apps including Slack!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Agile sprints are a bit clunky, but I think I read in an article that they are modifiying this soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep all the teams' efforts centralize in one platform, so we can keep track of items and at the same time keep everybody aware of progress

What do you like best about the product?
The numerous options to follow different processes and the ease of administrating all process-related steps, status, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing particular I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives us the opportunity to follow numerous tasks and projects simultaneously, check deadlines and timelines easily as well as set priorities, escalate issues, if any, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and automate everything to fit our collective and individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches here and there. Sometimes files don't upload correctly, automations are sometimes slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our entire office to collaborate with one another. It has given us all better project management and organization.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can personalize each column and create different tabs

I have not ran into a problem that negatively impacts my perspective on Monday

Monday.com is allowing our team to input dates, locations, status updates, etc. on each project which easily allows us to track how smoothly the project is running

Setting up new boards can be a bit tricky at times, and occasional glitches do occur, but nothing we haven’t been able to work around.
