What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automate and assign requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas, forms and widgets specifically that feel a little limited when it comes to the ability to customize the way they filter, function or are presented,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Across the company Monday.com has been creating central places for information, and allowing for smoother more efficient collaboration across teams company wide.
The perfect and fun collaborative tool regardless of the users' age.
What do you like best about the product?
What I prefer about Monday is mainly the interface as well as the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unfortunate that the Gantt view is so limited. For project planning, it's too "simplistic," but there is already some progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main difficulty of our job is tracking the estimates and workload of business tasks. With Monday, it's perfect because it allows us to quickly check the availability of employees and also the deadlines for submitting quotes along with billing tracking.
Excellent platform for any kind of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very useful how easily I can share all the boards with the people I work with. How all of us can see where the projects are at the moment. It's very easy to add a comment, to change the status, or arrange all the items in the order I would like them to be displayed.
It's very easy to make a new board, and apply the rules I want to use. I even use monday.com for my own tasks to remember, and check them off as I complete each.
I use it for different projects, and keeping information that's for the entire company. Monday makes it easy to reach everyone in the company wherever they are, and makes it easy for me to keep it updated. I set my email alerts from monday, and it can be very easily changed to who I wish these alerts to be sent to, for example.
I like how everything is at the one place and in a format that I choose.

I wish it would be easier to scroll with a mouse left and right on my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my organization to add inputs and steps in the projects we are working on from different people on the same platform, same board, and it makes it very easy to see where the project is at the moment, and what other steps we need to take, and who is the one that is responsible for those steps. Every morning my first thing is to take a look and se where things are, what needs to be done, who supposed to do what. Nice to know that all the other team members can see it the same way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to have at hand all the information about pending activities, the responsible parties, the criticality, and the time each activity takes. Just to mention a few points.

I don't have any any problems with the platform so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make all the work transparent for everyone. It allows us all to be aware of the necessary activities to keep going and provides the opportunity for anyone having issues with their tasks to receive input from all of us in order to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
It's aesthetically pleasing in addition to keeping me wholly organized. The automation are a welcome tool that keeps me and my team on the same page. We track certain deal flows and several of us manage the process, and when I make a certain change, it lets them know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Monday increase or improve the function for reports. It's not super easy to run specific reports however here are ways around it with dashboard functions and excel exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a real estate office with in-house marketing and in-house video production, so not only do we need to track sales data as it's happening, but we also track the marketing tasks that accompany marketing a listing, branding an agent, and the brokerage. We do print production projects, video production, and agent task management that need a clear, concise, collaborative platform for us to keep everything in order.

pricing structure or learning curve can be challenging for some people.

We use monday.com for managing inventory, customer relationships, and projects. It helps streamline tasks and keep everything organized efficiently.

The platform is super accessible, engaging and easy-to-use. It makes interpreting and accessing information a walk in the park, and is so visually stimulating.

Couldn't recommend it enough! The most interactive and slick CRM/project management platform on the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've very rarely had issues with Monday.com, except for mirrored cells which can become tricky to use. E.g. mirrored columns don't pull into total amount trackers on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes tracking customer metrics far easier and visual. Especially with dashboards, I can easily monitor customer health, revenue forecasts, and neatly identify expansion opportunities.
The calendar feature also helps me to keep track of multiple customer journeys.

Exceptional service
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has enabled the different departments in our company to interact and made much easier for the work to flow and thus improving the overall performance of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
With regards to our department, I'd say the many notifications that come through to the inbox. I think there should be a dedicated folder for the notifications so that they don't cloud important emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between the departments. It benefits us in a way that we don't have to pick up calls anymore because we can just go on the different departmental boards to get information.
Flexible, productive, responsive
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up custom automations really brings out the flexibility of what Monday can do. Between the quick set up of new boards and deep settings to explore, Monday.com can be used for so much and so effectinently!
What do you dislike about the product?
Each time I have disliked something, I have seen an update made, or discovered features that were already there that redeemed the issue. Easier access to training videos might help going from a novice to a fluent user quicker, but there might already be a monday.com academy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what is on our teams plate is a huge help, forms that allows request to be made and broken down into actionable information is key to our teams secures!
Changed our company workflow!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has streamlined our entire workflow for the best! We are saving a lot of money on printing and communication has improved tremendously as well and everyone knows what's happening at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the subitems were a litte more detailed when it comes to the Activity Log and the reportings. We would also like for the Enterpise seats to be in blocks of 5 instead of 25.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't print as much anymore which is saving us a ton of Monday.
