Greatest PM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is my number one tool for keeping track of my projects. I never missed a deadline because the tool always keeps me on track. I can also share the project process with my coworkers and collaborate. Monday definitely saves time in your daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more flexibility to create the boards and add features. I know Monday offers a great selection of boards and tools, but sometimes we need something else to adjust to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping my team to work more efficiently. Together, we can keep track of the process timeline and what to expect. We are so glad to use this tool in our daily tasks. It also support our budget process.

What do you like best about the product?
I've had the chance to use Monday.com in my current job and my previous one. Great format, easy to use and learn. I think the design work throughout the porject boards makes it simple to see everything i'm working on at a glance.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have heard from some coworkers it was a bit of a struggle learning how to utilize the interface at first. It is a bit of a learning curve if you're coming from a platform like adobe. I do wish that pageproof was more automatically integrated with the website for proofing and project tracking purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once implemented for the whole agency, it's made project tracking and management a breeze. I can see exactly what needs to be worked on and when my projects are due. As well as what step other projects are at in their timeline. Monday.com is built for smooth collaboration.
Monday is the perfect tool for multitasking. It helps you track and organize important information.

We are a private equity firm. We receive plenty of information daily. Creating boards that fit our needs is an excellent feature because we can customize them. I also like that emphasizes the customization options, it's a fantastic feature especially if you work with numbers. It also has a feature that you can download the information from a board, very helpful especially when you are trying to do a presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app doesn't perform well. When you are trying to log large amounts of information it gets laggy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a private equity firm. We receive a large amount of information on a daily basis, it's vital for our work to keep track of this information. With the creation of boards, we can have this information in an orderly manner. For example, we receive information regarding possible investment opportunities. With the boards, we log this information and then paste links to our internal server.
Best Project Management Tool for Teams and Individuals
What do you like best about the product?
We use monday.com to run large, complex projects but also to run the communications about those projects and workflows associated with those projects. Monday.com is easy to learn, easy to use, and satisfies our most tech-savvy users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really haven't experienced any downsides of monday.com. Users who've never used a project management tool find if very easy. Project management professionals also love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves automated workflow problems (no more email messages back and forth). Solves tracking problems. Solves project management problems. Solves calendaring issues. Benefits are increased efficiency and improved communications.
An indespnsable tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a business where all staff work remotely, Monday has become an indespensable tool for the team to track propjects. It's so simple to set up and use and makes the day to day management of the team's activity effortless

The only real downside is how it integrates with other tools , which is often not easy or even possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday the whole team would not be able to see an overview of how all our projects are developing, it means everyone is now "in the know" and really helps when members of the team are unavailable due to sickness or leave so anyone in the team can pick up a task and know exactly how far along it has got
User Friendly Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface along with the ease and use of the boards. We can manage projects, lists, annual activity, and all sorts of business activity. We use the form feature a lot to streamline our internal business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found an item I dislike yet. As soon as we think about a feature that would help us, we get the announcement that Monday.com is rolling out new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross departmental collaboration on projects. It allows our independent departments to work on day-to-day operations and share instant feedback in one shared space.
The program makes tracking work and clients very easy and efficient.

Its ease of use and ability to adapt to company needs.

I woould like it to be able to connect more easiely to outside programs like zoom or my email.

Customer project tracking is great. I would like some more cross platform connectivity.
Saves time and keeps us on top of the work we're doing
What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of projects that start and stop so overlap eacother. Monday.com helps us keep on top of everything and means we can get going quickly when work starts again as we know what's been done, who did it and what's still to do.

There's nothing to dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning work in an environment when we're working from home or in the office can be difficult without good tools to help us colaborate and communicate, Monday.com lets us all know what's going on with each of our projects.
No, it is not the same as my calendar, or a google doc!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that I don't have to look for spreadsheets saved in my Google Drive or Box; everything I need is in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to integrate it to my Google calendar, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My to-do list, keeping track of invitations, creating surveys, planning meetings.

Easy to use and navigate. Grouping is easy and so it the access levels.

Not having the option to upload in certain features.

It gives us the option to track flows and individuals responsible. We are able to see where we are in each stage of development.
