Keeping Our Marketing Team on Track (and on Time)

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the glue that holds our marketing department together. It keeps every task tracked, every deadline visible, and every project moving—without the chaos. Think of it as our team’s traffic controller, only with better color-coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s addictive—I check it more than my email now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently started using it for promo item inventory management. Love it!

I honestly cannot think of a downside right now.

It assists with making communication easy between remote workers and office staff. It keeps us on timelines to meet deadlines.

Workflow/Process Mgmt Made Easy!!

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE the automations. I love that I can create an automation and with one click or one status change, a single or multiple actions will then take place. I get giddy when I'm creating a new board with new automations. It just makes me so happy watching the lines move, statuses change, updates get made - all automatically. This truly simplifies working a line (whether that is an order, an OOS item, a project, whatever) through its designed process. I love being able to tag team members and keep all our notes and updates in one location for all to see the status of that line at any given moment. I love having colored labels because, once that board's status become second nature to me, visually I know right off the bat what is going on with the line just based on the colors seen. It's all super user-friendly. I use it every day and couldn't function without it!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is not the ability to ignore weekends (or specific days of the week) when calculating deadlines or other due dates. I really wish that column headings had text wrap. It's frustrating having a slightly long header for a very small column, like a checkbox, and the column has to be much wider than is needed due to not having text wrap. I'd really love to have more group and status colors!!! (Or the ability to create our own colors.) We really must have the ability to write an automation based on a mirrored column. That right there is my biggest dislike currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software allows multiple people to "be in the know" without losing information due to too many eyeballs accessing the data. That helps us document all that happenings with any given line and collaborate together to work a line all the way through to completion.

Excellent software that brings teams together

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can track our workflows and simply build custom automations to notify people when actions are required. It allows us to stop building endless spreadsheets and instead have an easy one-stop shop for our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I dislike, but I think the notification centre could be formatted better. When I get a lot of notifications, some tend to get lost in the ether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts an end to lost workflows. Instead of hunting through emails and messages to find the stage of a product we can see the status and get notified with ease. This means less slips through the cracks!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the flexibility and intuitiveness of Monday Work Management, which made transitioning from Microsoft and Google tools easier. The ability to use various templates significantly simplifies setup, and attaching different file types along with automated user setup and reminders makes task management simple. It efficiently helps track action items within notes, keeping us on track with project progress and identifying training gaps. Its ease of use has made our team comfortable, and the fact that we've continually renewed our subscription underscores its value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product could benefit from a more intuitive interface beyond its current capabilities. As an institute of higher education, it would be helpful to have a branch or focus specifically tailored for academic needs rather than corporate ones. This way, the product could cater more effectively to faculty, staff, and students by providing project tools that align better with the education sector.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product keeps us on track by organizing action items, setting project reminders, and identifying training gaps, improving overall project management and efficiency.

So easy to manage my tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I have hundreds of tasks assigned to me for the type of work that I do. Monday allows me to manage my tasks on a month to month basis with ease. It's a perfect program if you like being able to organize your tasks in your own way, that also allows people like management to still understand what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches that have happened with Monday, but with any program or software it's bound to happen. And the Monday team is great at resolving the issues quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a very collaborative team and sometimes we found it difficult to stay in perfect communicaition with one another about the projects we were working on. Monday allows us to assign each relevant person to a certain task so we can all stay on top of it and track progress. It benefits me greatly, as a lot of the time my work is dependant on what other people do, or vice versa. So I am now able to start my work the minute I see someone else has completed there portion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is always something new to learn and how you can combine boards with other colleagues to build processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I dislike but definitely wish there were more upgrades. For example:
- Automations: It would be useful to have an automation that notifies someone on that board, if something has been archived, deleted or moved from one group to another. Rather than having to manually check, it would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing everyone across the company to share there gathered information when it comes to client information.

Lots of Useful Features for the our Company

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can do just about anything in Monday.com as long as you know how its features work. A lot of our boards have automations. It helps us be more efficient with our workflows, especially with internal and external communications. We encourage some of our clients to utilise Monday.com so they can see all of the information and project timelines on the board. We tend not to email the team members as things could get lost and confusing. So we made it a system so that everything is communicated and recorded in monday.com. We use Monday everyday. All of our tasks are documented in Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, we use our boards like it's a regular spreadsheet for clients. It would be great and a lot easier if there were printing options or exporting options to PDF similar to Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot to do with communication with team members. There is no emailing between employees. It is implemented to record any correspondence in Monday.com. Being able to upload and store files in Monday is also very helpful. I once deleted a document by accident, and thankfully it was uploaded in Monday so I was able to retrieve it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so clearly thoughtfully designed for the modern workforce and is constantly being upgraded to make it even better! They offer a suite of features that help us manage our project timelines, training, people and finances. It is easy to learn and operate and beautiful to look at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I would change
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Monday for project and task management. It helps us progress projects through our process, ensuring everyone is up to date on the project details and timeline. We also use Monday as a training resource - all new hires will have onboarding plans that are housed in Monday. You can also go back to refer to the most up to date files and resources on Monday throughout your tenure.
