Like a personal assistant!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Love using the automations and integrations. I am able to be so much more effective and efficient with all tasks.
Great for Team work as we can collaborate on tasks and communicate with each other, when it works for us, but you don't miss anything!

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations that I would like to do but cannot. I am sure some features are still coming as there have been lots of improvements since I started using it 2 years ago!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really helps us with communication with our whole team! We have been able to work more effectivly and efficiently with Monday.com. It is like having a whole other person working on the backend

What do you like best about the product?
I love that It offers different types of boards that will help stay organized and easily up-to-date. Even the biggest company will be up to date on ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything so far. All I can write about this APP is just positive comments. I cannot remember when this app has ever lagged in the 4 1/2 years I have been with the company I work for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is continuously helping therapy clinics stay up-to-date with every detail, which makes this company continue running smoothly. I would definitely agree that this APP has helped increase our business, as everything runs smoothly.
Task Organization Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Monday has some amazing functionalities when it comes to reminding you of your task, creating subtask, makring deadline, and generally keeping your coleague updated on project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to select status one at the time. When there are 100 tasks to work on and they are all completed, having to click "DONE" 100 times is quite tedious. Same goes with assigning people and archiving tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped me organize and categorize my tasks and project in both long term and short term. It is also a great tool for a team to have since it can update team members in real time.
Excellent and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything we share amoungst eachother is automatically available for everyone and is very well organized! It's thanks to Monday that we help eachother and all the patients that trust our company!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can specify on what I don't like about Monday. The only times it felt complicated was when there was a short website malfunction but within the hour it got fixed 👍
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the unorganizaton part of owning a company. Thank you them helping organize our documents and updates we are all able to be on the same page and work better for the patients and the company!
Monday.com Bringing Departments Together
What do you like best about the product?
We started Monday.com in 2019 in just 1 department within the company. Fast forward to 2024, monday.com is rolled out company-wide. It has streamlined our processes and helped all departments communicate and stay on task. It is easy to onboard new people and teach them how to use Monday. Automations are the best and makes running day-to-day workloads and projects easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has helped our company grow and learn. There isn't much to dislike, like any software there are glitches, bugs, and issues. But usually quick to get resolved and fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no longer miscommunication and confusion, thanks to Monday.com. Our teams can exchange ideas, and feedback, update status, and get real-time changes with automation.
Deadlines are kept on track and we can easily add notes and update our teams on progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use. I got the hang of it quick. It's efficient and organized well. It is an easy way for larger or smaller groups to communicate and receive the same information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was recently a new update that threw myself and my co-workers off a bit at first, but it was easy to figure out once we played with it a bit. Still the same great software, just with an updated format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves any miscommunication that we may have between our departments here at the workplace. Now we can all see what's going on without having to worry about information not being relayed.

To use it 100% you have to dedicate, perhaps, a lot of time. Maybe a tutorial with the option to watch an advance video

I like the fact that everything is organized and the best part is that it keeps everyone on the same page. The best thing about this is that it has helped our company grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to say since everyone in our company loves it so much and we hardly have any issues. It could be better by adding shorter tutorials and would love to see improvements on the boards by adding more creative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel like I rarely see any issues and they seem to be resolved before I get into the office. It benefits me and I am more product when the issues are rarely noticed or seen.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to handle a quality system of a company including all the areas and the procedures, like implementing all the forms and procedures you need, all in one place. I use it to manage accounting, people and operations procedures, and to store important data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably they need an update with AI assistance, to create the boards you need faster, probably to use the best templates from the customers and make them free access to the public.

Storing data, maintaining procedures over the departments, and communicating with external related to the business.
