Robust tool that is great for a small team

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility in the board creation. I also heavily lean on the automation processes to move our tasks around and know exactly where things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've had difficulty with is the automation ownership. We have a staff member that left before transferring ownership of an automation, and now we can't get rid of it. It would be great if we had a super admin account that could override this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us keep track of our email process. There are several steps in that workflow, and it's important for the whole team to know where each email is at and who is currently responsible for it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is really easy to implement and use! You can easily connect your different board and integrate other systems. Your team will also find it easy to use. It's a great 360 tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday Work Management has its limit. It would be hard, in my honest opinion, to use it for a big organization. It has limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps predict and follows your business flow (hours worked, tasks of your team, time spent on every project, the percentage of work done, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
I like how i can visually see my tasks laid out in front of me, and can check them off in different categories with ease. I use monday every day, multiple times a day. We use this product across the board at our org, i am using it for onboarding. It lays out employee tasks and follow ups very nicely and cohesively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to set up your monday board especially if multiple people use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a main place to store our list of new hires in oboarding, nor did we have a home for their task list to live. Monday has helped that we all now have visibility and can easily check items off.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small software agency, and monday just saved us from the Monday as weekday. Because every Monday we review our progress and analyze customer support journey very easily. Specially reporting features and ability to connect different integrations help us a lot. We almost use it daily basis except.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lots of email only because I subscribed to specific board. It may seem annoying but sometimes helpful too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use moday mostly for time tracking and project management with team collaboration. Using monday I feel like no cluttered just a productive window.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how customizable and visual the platform is. It makes it easy for our leadership team to track progress, assign responsibilities, and stay aligned across multiple projects. The automations and integrations save time, and the dashboards give us a clear, real-time view of where things stand. It’s a powerful tool for keeping everyone accountable and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users—some of the more advanced features can be a bit overwhelming at first. It also takes some time to set up boards and workflows in a way that matches your team’s exact needs. That said, once it’s set up and your team is trained, it becomes an incredibly effective system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday Work Management to oversee and coordinate projects across our leadership team as we all work out of separate business locations. This includes tracking strategic initiatives, managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining visibility on progress company-wide. It helps us centralize communication, stay aligned on goals, and ensure accountability across departments.

What do you like best about the product?
best thing has to be the journaling/daily notes that you can make on monday.. you can directly look what you have done at some specific date. also it is quite easy to use and gets very easily notified what work has been assigned to you .
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no as such dislike for monday but if i need to say one- it has to be the spamming of task on the mail. i mean i dont find this very helpfull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in night shifts where my manager is not present soemtimes but with monday there is no miscommunication, he can directly assign the work i need to do on monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is my favourite since it is highly adaptable and easy to use. It helps us to align the workflow even though we are working on multiple projects. It makes work easy to manage, assign and track tasks.

It helps us to view the status of the tasks without any complications. This tool is highly efficient for improving team transparency, accountability and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not user-friendly when used on Mobile. A few useful features are available only in plans which are higher in cost. Also, when there are many columns and boards, it is a little confusing, but they are manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management has helped to solve several challenges like visibility into Project Progress, difficulty tracking team responsibilities and scattered communication. All task updates and communication are in one place, so it provides a complete and clear view about the task, who worked on it, currently who is working on it and when it is due. Overall, it has made collaboration more efficient, improved accountability, and saved time across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have several boards and get an overview through a dashboard. Simplicity and intuitive usability as well.

Sometimes linking boards isn't as easy as I'd like but it's not much of an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great help to our team in managing multiple programs we run, as we use it daily. It significantly eased our workload, especially in areas like recruiting and onboarding. What I love most are the automations–they work like magic and are tailored exactly to out needs. Whenever we need assistance, customer support is responsive and willing to set up meetings to assist with board set up or help implement our requests. The system is also integrated with other software we use and sends email notifications directly to Gmail, in addition to in-app and website notifications–making things easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Monday for years now. While it's a helpful tool overall, there are still some limits–particularly with automations. Some automations don't work on sub-items and only function on the item line. Additionally, we're not able to select multiple sub-items at once, which makes updating statuses in bulk more difficult. Some automations also don't function consistently, possibly due to occasional glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us track the status of tasks without the need for constant emails or back-and-forth communication. All the details we need are available on the board, and the ability to connect or mirror it to another board makes it even easier to view or update information as needed. It doesn't feel overwhelming, even when the boards have a long list of items, because we can easily filter the view or create custom views. We're also able to add instructions, guides, or step-by-step processes directly on Monday and/or workspace, which is especially helpful when training new team members.
