Organization Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday has been a gamechanger for my work. Being able to easily organize client work and create templates, timelines, and manage progress has made my work much easier and more productive. It's been easy to communicate with my team, as well, and assign team members to projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were less newsletters emailed to me. I can unsubscribe, but I don't want to because I think it's a good thing to stay in the loop with this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily organize client work, create templates, timelines, and manage progress has made my work much easier and more productive. It's been easy to communicate with my team, as well, and assign team members to projects and tasks. It's great for our remote business.
Staying organized with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to stay organized, schedule follow up and review history with our accounts and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experience much in the way of downsides personally. For our team overall it's taken some time to change habits and get everyone synced on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me stay on top of projects and follow-ups with customers in a much more streamlined way than simply tracking emails. Additionally, I can more easily keep our team updated on various projects.
This platform brought back my sanity
What do you like best about the product?
I can run my entire operation, using monday.com. We use it as a CRM, a project management tool, as well as a request tool for the customers who utilize our maintenance service... I used to use 3 tools, and monday.com has allowed me to consolidate it into 1. Sooooooooooo Awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far my only issue with monday.com is the fact that I cannot easily address a recurring task without doing a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to use 3 tools to operate my business. I used to use a tool for my lead management, another tool for my project management, and another tool for my customer request management. Now I can just use monday.com for all 3.
Monday.com is a necessary tool to keep track of clients
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is that our team can view the pending state or completion of our client's cases. Even better than Excel to track, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there are no downsides and hopefully it continues to provide new features. At this time, there are none I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve our workflow and tracking our clients. Whether labels have not been created for them, if our client's cases have been mailed, or if they need to be prioritized. Monday.com is where all of our team can view and make changes to our client statuses all in one place.
Monday.com has revolutionized our global team workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Our team was able to connect the various request boards we need to our team pipeline. This makes our workflow for tracking request progress quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say too much, our global marketing team has adapted to the program and adjusted quickly to fine-tune based on individual and team needs. It would be great if we were able to comment on the request via our pipeline connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage a large volume of requests via a lean, global teal which now moves tasks through our pipeline quicker and more efficiently with notifications regarding the request status in real-time.
A great tool for hyrbid team collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the second organization that I have implemented Monday.com at--it's a great time saver and for project management, it helps keep everyone on task even when we can't be in the same place! The reporting function for higher-ups and outside clients has been a lifesaver--everyone can check updates and instantly knows where the project is
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't had any downsides to Monday. com--I think if you focus on training and the integrations with other apps it's a really great functionality. The only update I wish we had was the ability to brand Monday documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small firm that has multiple clients and Monday helps us track them all so we can provide a higher level of service and keep our products at a quality level we know they expect.
Great tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to use immediately. It also helps facilitate communication among project staff easily and effectively. In our office, different teams use Monday.com for projects and it's so easy to switch between boards and projects to maximize efficiency, especially for a small staff like ours. I just found out that it links with Teams which is a big bonus. I highly recommend Monday.com!

I have found no downsides - super easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The best is, you have so much space for creativity. I started very small and you have a lot of templates to use. I just used some templetes for the creativity, but i am so deep into Monday.com that i am a pro now. Because of Monday.com we can higher our prices, have better communication with employees and costumers. I am so happy we found Monday.com. I cant imagine my work without Monday.com

Would like to have more tools for communications like chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are making the communication between everyone very easy. Communication and organisation/ project planning. We can do everything in life time and everywhere. We are saving 70% of our time, because of monday.com.
Monday is a joy
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can create and adapt boards for specific purposes. It takes so little effort to start new boards and customize that I find myself creating short-term ones for specific tasks and that has bee incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relative immaturity of the features around connections. It's not there yet in regards to being able to develop a useful "dashboard" to effectively see all your work in one place, in a customizable way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task organization, project organization, workflows, data processing/organization, media organization, informal bug tracking.
Monday.com helps you stay organized and on track!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm very much a checklist kind of person; I'm also very visual, so monday.com helps me to visualize the things I need to do and check them off as I go! I find it very helpful because I can take big tasks and break them into smaller steps. It helps me stay on track and allows me to communicate with my team when I am on a project without wasting time typing up update emails or having status update meetings. It's a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much that I dislike about monday.com, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As you're completing projects monday.com is tracking the data and creating reports and charts that you can review at the end of the month or end of the quarter. This is very useful in my case because it showed that the work load I was taking on was much higher than my co-workers and helped management re-arrange some of the clients that were more demanding to help even the work load. As an individual, it is also very nice to have this data because it can help you to have concrete proof and documentation of your productivity when you walk into an end-of-year review and request a raise and/or promotion.
