Facilitated Our Project Management with Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization capability of monday Work Management, especially in the customization of columns and the possibility of integrating them with each other. The automations are extremely useful, allowing tasks to progress without manual intervention, which is essential to maintain a continuous workflow. Additionally, the use of artificial intelligence helps in screening resumes, optimizing the selection process. The ease of use from the initial setup, with the help of templates, was also something I appreciated from the start. Finally, the continuous innovation of the product makes me consider purchasing it again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of better tools for schedule control and indicators for measuring resource allocation is a point I would like to see improved. It would be useful to obtain more accurate indicators to know which resources are overloaded and in which periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can centralize communication and control over 200 interactions across various projects, automating tasks and optimizing the selection process with artificial intelligence, which significantly improves my management of daily demands.

I wish we had implemented Monday.com sooner!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has revolutionised how we do business. As a fully outsourced sales and marketing team, we needed a way to keep track of internal projects, and external projects too. Monday.com has become the glue that holds all of our business together which has improved internal communications, alongside customer communications too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find anything that we dislike, or have yet to find fault with yet, however if anything changes, we will let you know!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem internally managing projects, and communicating which tasks are in progress, and what has been completed. We also recognised we had a problem with ensuring customer journeys flowed well. Monday.com has solved all the

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so great for staying on top of deadlines, project statuses, and is our main hub for all agency communication. We love that we can easily integrate our clients onto it too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any roadblocks with Monday!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps to remove distractions, over communication, and keeps everyone on our team on th same page. We are more efficient and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The app's user-friendly interface makes it easy for teams to organize, track, and complete tasks, boosting overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Before I used to kinda unlike the email automations, but now, I already figured out how to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my being outdated before to projects that Iam working on. It also helped me solved the steps that I used to by-pass before. With using Monday, I can itemized the step by step process and marked the "check box" next to it so I won't miss any.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a framework for teams to build the workplace they've always wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many options, there's a bit of a learning curve. But it's so worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different solutions out there, it's easy to lose track of important information, stray from SoPs, or more.

With Monday.com, you can keep everything in one place and align your teams to a workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the categorization and the ability to input data in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the box setups and organization can be challenging, but having a variety of options is a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having information on one excel sheet, as where I can save and edit information on the Monday board and easily share it.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps your employees accountable and informed on the status of the work they have to do throughout the day and the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitches in the system occur and it can last for a couple days before it goes back to normal, only downside so far tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the thousands of different products in our warehouse.

Powerful Project Management Tool for our Agency!

What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Monday.com for our digital marketing agency has been the most beneficial decision. All of our departments are on the platform, each employee can contribute and have their own task list, and we have even set up boards that are shared with clients so that they can see all progress, notes, receive notifications, etc. A lot of our clients use Monday.com internally as well in their businesses which makes it a lot easier. One thing I cannot stress enough about Monday.com is the incredible customer support. I have never encountered another company that has valued customer service and support to this degree. Every time we have a question, the team at Monday.com is quick to provide a response and if we have an idea for a layout but are unsure of how to implement it, they will record and send detailed videos to us with different options and instructions. Finally, one feature that we really, really love are the automations because they make our processes so much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need to have a lot of members on the platform, it can get a big pricey, though very comparable to alternative solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes all of our task and project management a lot more efficient and a lot less time-consuming. What's amazing is that we have full transparency as a marketing agency and our clients can always check in on the progress we are making for them, and what tasks have been completed, they receive notifications, and are even able to collaborate with us!

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the board, tasks and subitems is relly good and it is something that I didnt have on the previous platforms that I was using. I can clearly see what is going on with each project on a macro level, without thinking about it twice..
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would change perhaps is the user experience about the updates via email. Sometimes I am not sure which message or update comes from which task/thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure about problems, but the latestes feature with emojis really helped me a lot as I am lazy to type feedbacks haha, this gives me "a way out" with reactions I can let my teammates know exactly what I think.
