Used the service for many years
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy for the user to manouver around Monday.com. You can make the workbooks as simple or as complexed as you like and it's great that you can contribute with other members of the team at the same time along with the automations to make your job easier. I have used it in various workplaces for years now and it is still one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations do not work when the page has been stationary for a while, this is resolved by a simple refresh however if you have data and you refresh it sometimes it will not have saved and you have to write this again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easier to manage the workflow in the business, without this we would be using a basic Excel spreadsheet which would be open to corruption with the amount of data that we input.
Monday.com is fantastic for organizational purposes and teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
You can see what your entire team is doing in real time and help determine if tasks are complete
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I openly dislike about Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving being able to track my coworkers progress on their own tasks as well as any team tasks that need to be complete. This has helped increase business performance by creating trackable timetables
The project management tool from Heaven!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to invite clients to review the status of the project/deleiverables. It reduces the back and forth of emails. The UI is easy to use, so there is a reduced learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the tool itself, there are few drawbacks. However, it would be even better if it offered more interactivity and incorporated gamification elements to enhance user engagement within the app.

Streamlining product collaboration with colleagues and clients worldwide, while preserving the productivity and personal touch of face-to-face interactions.
Monday is a Type A Persons DREAM
What do you like best about the product?
I like getting notifications that deadlines are approaching and the feature to leave updates in the item for extremely organized team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike getting email and Monday notifications. It can cause notification numbness and make you forget to prioritize tasks of check ALL notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never missing any deadlines!
Monday.com - perfect for PMs
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly user friendly, so easy to set up multiple projects and dashboards to track everything you need. Mix this in with the different data that can be added and it covers all bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the resource tracking, the resources need to have active monday accounts which may not be possible due to company restrictions. If dummy accounts could be used then the capacity planning would be a perfect, and this could be set up straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before i joined the role, there was no central space to show project progress and the latest updates. Now with Monday,com, it allows all stakeholders and business sponsors to easily see straight away how each project is going without having to chase for updates.
The most attractive time-saver out there!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's user interface is attractive, intuitive and constantly improving! There are so many helpful features, and Monday.com is always adding more and listening to their customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has a plethora of integrations; sometimes I wish the features or integrations were more native or included so I don't have to sign up under other third parties in order to use a specific feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday.com I would be very lost each day, drowing in my endless task list. With Monday.com, I am able to click "My Work" each morning and see what items need to be completed soonest, and view the level of priority with each of those tasks as well.
Great System for Organization, Processes, Time Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to store, organize, and manage data while also assisting with project management and time tracking. It's our main platform for completing projects and tasks as well as time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to access items or uploads will duplicate. Occasionally the web-based version performs better than the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the abilty to manage, store, and organize digital assets and project management all in one place.
Great Organizational Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Monday has a lot of integrations. It has made my job so much easier to keep track of and be able to do a lot of things all in on space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the boards integrated better. It would be awesome to be able to add one thing to a main board and it disperse to the other necessary boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier to collaborate with team members. We work remotely, so it makes it easy to have everything in one space that we all share.
Awesome system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which you can navigate. It makes it convient to track everything in Monday vs and excel spreadsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is wanting to add more boards to expand your organization of information, Then you have to takje the tiem to get them all to talk.

Changed the organization of my business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed me to organize the flow of my business in a way that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise. It's fully customizable and has easily helped me scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I don't like about monday.com is the AI capabilities and the fact that you have to wait an hour to test out any automations that you create. I think you if can work on that, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have nearly 50 influencers all working on hundreds of campaigns at a time in different life cycles. Monday has allowed. me to build a system to track our influencers from the moment a deal is signed until they get paid by the brands.
