What do you like best about the product?
IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND GREATLY FACILITATES COMMUNICATION AMONG COLLABORATORS, IN ADDITION TO KEEPING ALL ENTRIES RECORDED.
What do you dislike about the product?
I DON'T SEE DISADVANTAGES. MAYBE A MORE EFFECTIVE NOTIFICATION WHEN TAGGED IN SOME ACTIVITY.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE OPERATION, FACILITATING THE CORRECTION OF FAILURES AND MONITORING THE WHOLE PROCESS UNTIL ITS FINAL STAGE, KEEPING THE DATA RECORDED TO BE USED IN A FUTURE ACTIVITY.

What do you like best about the product?
Innovative system that is constantly being updated, providing users with resources that meet their activities, but as mentioned, always innovating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there could be more automations focused on the sub-elements and work areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task and activity management and their flows, this benefits us by tracking what can be done in the available time.

Just what we were looking for!

What do you like best about the product?
Our small accounting firm used excel matrixes to track client tasks and due dates previously as it was only two of us. As our firm grew, we knew we needed something a bit more sophisticated and secure. We were able to import all of our data in Monday.com for an easy transition - which was a huge pro as we had years of data. After the data was imported, we were so happy with how intuitive it was to add/remove and update tasks, utilize the filtering options, and adjust formatting to meet our expectations. There are so many helpful videos to get Monday.com up and running and there are so many other capabilities that we haven't implemented yet. Monday.com allowed us to implement so many efficiencies and has made our monthly, financial closes a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative feedback. All issues I have run across have had a documented solution given by Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides audit trails for tasks that have been changed. Allows for multiple users to edit tasks at one time. Allows for multiple boards to help us with day to day task management as well as special projects for internal and external use.

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Excel, but I love that with Monday I can access the information everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday requires like everything, a little learning curb. Although, I tried to use Asana and I think it was way more complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to communicate issues with other coworkers via Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to adapt to your needs; compared with other software, I find monday.com to be a very user-friendly and adaptable to all those little nuances of your specific practice that other software don't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes very long time to figure out what everything does. the set up time was very long and the extent of the features make it very hard to figure out which one works or which doesnt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep calendar on track and all the information about the clients on track. It is very good to keep all this info in one accessible place at all times. also to keep documents in order

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped my team to stay on track with every project, we now have cut endless email threads and our approval and review processes have improved enormously!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like is the possibility of paying for exactly the amount of seats we use. I sort of understand the concept but it seems it works best for larger companies, for small to medium size company have to pay for 10 seats while we only use 6 it was almost a deterrent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication, faster approval process, achieving deadlines, avoiding email cramping and long email threads, targeted projects... Our performance has improved overall!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep track of my work in the site. The filter option is my favorite because it can get a little crowded showing everyones work. It is also very nice that it sends emails to keep track of updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way too many emails that are not important. I get ads and every message in there get sent to me if I've ever been apart of the project. Also if you add yourself to a project and then remove it, you will always be shown that project no matter what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the information on our projects in one place, so if I am helping someone else's customer, I can find everything I need to know. Also I can see when my jobs are planned for, so I am always ahead of them.

What I like most about monday is that you can create a very convenient checklist that will help you complete your CRM with all the additional activities.

It could have more possibilities to change its appearance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking all open and closed orders with the amount of detail I want. It is an excellent tool for me; my productivity has increased since I started using it. I have been using it for about a year and a half and I still use it every day.

My favorite thing has to be connecting it to other boards, it is a great way to cut down on unnecessary work. Not to mention the Monday.com Knowledge Base is a great tool, I am able to get all the help I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced automations, especially with subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current software is unable to capture as much information as Monday has. We are not able to display data in this way; previously, things could be missed, and this way, it makes it easier to track everything. I can customize and have all that I need in one place.
