All around best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the customizable layout & full functionality of the site. I use it every single day and I'm not sure how I would manage my task load without it. Highly recommend this to everyone - it's worth the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricier than other CRMs & it's free version is much more limited than others. But I still say it's worth the extra price for what you get with monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple virtual assistants who collaborate on various projects for numerous clients. Monday helps us easily assign tasks to different VAs and make sure that nothing gets missed.

The varieties of automations and the diversifications of automations, giving us freedom to customize our control
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the system is entirely in English, I, as a Brazilian, have some difficulties, but at the same time, it's not bad, because I learn to perform the language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create my schedule on Monday, stock control, payment control, project tracking spreadsheet, password control and many others. I have a total of 12 different controls managed by monday.

The flexibility in being able to design the system to meet our needs and processes. it allows for a diverse use of the system from managing projects, sales, and customer relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are little complex to understand. There is great resources available from Monday.com. I just need to take the time to explore further. Some simplification would be nice though

It helps to make everything visual. No tracking down multiple spreadsheets. Stream lines communicaitons. You don't have to spend time searching for emails. The thread messages save a lot of time.

I like that Monday has many integrations and functions linked with common spreadsheets, which makes my daily work easier. There are many board options for projects, and this makes it easier to have segmented information.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, because there are many possibilities, it is necessary to create automations and know the project and the necessary planning very well to be able to use all the power of Monday in the best way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me daily to manage my tasks and my team's tasks, to control the projects I participate in, many with very long flows and details, but with Monday I can create tabs with filters that make it easier to view each sector.

What I like most about monday is How It allows us to better visualize ALL management demanda, checking who IS on track, who IS behind schedule, and ALL other necessário tasks for the project

What I dislike The most about monday is that i haven't ter learned ALL its utilities in yhe management routine. An 5 generates less productivity than I would like to have.

Some errors in the readings of the update balloons. In these balloons, every comment becomes public, which can be a bit troublesome.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive - new users can easily learn the basics in just a few minutes of navigating the platform. For our team of designers who rely on visual cues and aids, this makes monday.com stand out among the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates and status changes take a while to get reflected. You will have to refresh the browser to make sure the changes are indeed applied. This is especially noticeable when the project list is getting quite long and multiple entries and users are simultaneously updating.

• Task scheduling, assigning, and monitoring - monday.com's user interface makes it very easy for project managers and team members to quickly view, add notes, and update the status of each projects
• Collecting an accurate summary - monday.com's built-in tools for exporting data and for creating graphs and charts is a heaven-sent feature that made our team members instant fans of the platform

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com organizes projects efficiently, and it is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When disciplines or a discipline marks that they are "Ready to Send", it would be nice to show what disciplines are "Ready to Send" in the "My Work" section too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com organizes the projects that I am assigned to by date. Also, monday.com reminds me via email and Slack of due dates and what is past due. It helps me determine my workload and make a schedule to plan ahead.
I love using Monday, it's a platform that helps a lot with day-to-day organization in an easy way.

Ease of use and lots of functionality. I like how Monday makes project management clearer and simpler.

I don't see any downsides, I would just like to learn more about automations in an easier way

Today with Monday I can have a broader view of the projects I manage and also a more assertive view of my day-to-day activities. I believe that my performance has improved a lot since I started using Monday.
