Monday.com Boosts Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly. It's mostly intuitive. It helps teams become better organized, quickly overview tasks, collaborate, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lower-tired plan only has 250 automations that teams can use. Otherwise, I don't have much to say that I don't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides excellent insight into the tasks that need to be completed, keeping track of project statuses, and more.

Creating automation, I am in need of more training.

Monday is allowing all of the users to track/monitor projects wee are currently involved with.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best project management software we've found for our 3-person education team. We can put all our projects in with assigned tasks and deadlines. I can set email alerts for upcoming deadlines or past due deadlines. I can see what all the tasks are for my whole team, or just look at what my tasks are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the automated alerts for past due tasks took me a few tries to get it right but I finally got it working right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com enables us to see all of our projects, the associated tasks, the assigned person and the date due. I like that you can indicate if you've completed the task, are working on it or are stuck and need help. I like that I can set alerts for myself and the assigned person when a task is past the due date.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has become our primary tool for managing client relationships. It combines the simplicity of an Excel spreadsheet with the robust features of a CRM, making it incredibly versatile. We rely on it to share information internally, and we've also found it useful for sharing dashboards with our clients, ensuring they stay informed. We truly love using Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of monday.com is the initial effort required to configure the system to your exact preferences. However, this is also one of its greatest strengths. While it can take some time at first to set up each board just the way you want, the extensive customization options are incredibly valuable. This flexibility allows us to tailor the platform precisely to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us keep our entire client management process organized and centralized. We can manage all our clients in one place while still being able to add detailed updates, assign tasks to team members, and even send emails directly from within the platform. It’s streamlined our workflow tremendously and made collaboration across the team much more efficient.

So far, I have not found a downside to Monday.

It is keeping my department on track with filing tax returns for our clients and making sure not to miss any returns.

Great Tool To Manage Workload

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everyone can see who is working on what to minimize the possibility of duplicating efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
We really haven't noticed any downsides. It works great for our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team really had no way of managing the workload to prevent two or more people from working on the same tasks at the same time. Monday has solved that problem for us!

What do you like best about the product?
It is like keeping a live to-do list with comments, updates, and files all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I think archiving and cleaning up the desktop should be a bit easier to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have staff who I need to assign tasks and collaborate on projects. This keeps us looking all in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's helpful in keeping track of tasks given or working on both individually and as a team.
You can tag and task each team member and see progress on the task board.
I like that it sends alerts on email as well on any pending tasks and when a team member updates anything on their task board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it only allows a specific number of people to be added by the admin per the subscription which the number should be added to allow every staff to be onboard the job board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management on tasks.

It makes it easy to fast track on tasks given.

The ability to tag and task each team player their task and submit on given deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and accessibility. Our team has this on their phones and desktops allowing easy access to their project information wherever they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish would be to allow unlimited automations regardless of package level. I'd also love to see more content on how to use automations in different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between many fast paced and busy teams. I can give each member access to their own boards with information allowing them to keep track of changes and things still needed for upcoming projects.
