Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility in its presentation makes this an incredible software tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has come up yet that we don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our primary CRM which is working great for new BD tracking and ongoing Project tracking.
Monday.com changed the way our team functions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of monday.com, and I love how visual the entire platform is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about monday.com, but one thing that could be improved is the time tracking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve everything! We use it for tracking PTO, we use it for project forecasting, we use it for keeping projects on the rails, we use it for tracking our sales process.
Monday has been a great online tool for our Marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for allocating tasks and projects to specific people or groups and using the 'people' filter you can easily view what tasks are yours, helping to organise your own workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there is anything I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing department, we were struggling to track each others tasks and what stages of projects we were at. Now with Monday.com we can easily view projects and their progress and whos hands they are in!

I'm happy our team is using Monday.com. It allows for strong/efficient collaboration between departments and personally keeps me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Monday.com was a bit more user-friendly when it came to personal use. Personal workspaces could use stronger templates.

There weren't any problems per-say -- but it up-leveled our work!
Monday.com Has Made My Life So Much Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can automate actions and notifications. Sometimes you get so busy that you forget to do these things; that's where automation saves the day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the comments get lost in the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes it easy for me to break down my to-do list into categories and assign due dates. This helps me turn my giant list of tasks into a manageable plan.
A helpful tool for keeping projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create custom columns so that I can keep track of the project details that are most relevant to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The archive function isn't exactly what I needed. I would like it if archived items stayed with their groups in a way that made it easy to show/hide them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me document all of my projects in a structured way.
Perfect for keeping me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently been introduced to Monday.com and love how user-friendly this program is, it has helped be tremendously in keeping organized and being a one stop shop for having everything in 1 place
What do you dislike about the product?
Grabbing email addresses to copy and paste should be easier

We have a new project we are working on that has not been implemented into our rental software, using Monday.com became our easy work around
The best way to organize a new team
What do you like best about the product?
When I came in as a manager to a new team, I needed a way to quickly delegate and communicate with collegues seamlessly over one platform. Now, the whole company is using monday.com because they saw how great it was for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to customize project columns and make the columns different within the same board. I don't like switching boards all the time and would prefer to customize more columns within the same board but have them be different for different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to be transparent about our tasks and view them all in one cohesive space. It improves communication among the team and cuts down on unneccessary emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed me and my team to clearly define our goals from a macro point of view and then organize the daily tasks in order to complete our larger goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there are two separate organizers for marketing and work management. I thnk that they are synergistic to one another and could effectively be used in tandem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problems of organizing daily and larger goals. It also allows me to look back at previous goals and tasks to manage how the goals have evolved.
Fun Way to Organize
What do you like best about the product?
That yall include a little hooray everytime I complete a task. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something even if it's as small as opening the mail. I normally write my tasks on a white board but this is much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I have anything specific that I don't like about it. It's been utilized by everyone in my company and it helps to see what my team is doing since I don't see them on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listing out my daily tasks while also being able to see what my coworkers are currently working on as far as daily projects go. This helps when explaining to others what we are currently up to here at TBM.
