Easy, and customizable
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is the customizable timeline feature. The fact that I can organize my projects by urgency and see the percentage completed is fantastic. Working with it is pretty cut and dry so its not difficult to navigate or use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature to allow images to be seen initially with projects. My workflow would be a lot faster if I could use a visual aid instead of rummaging through lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me keep organized within my company in regards to project management. From Budgeting, keeping track of files, organizing bills, time management and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com allows us to track dependencies within a project. It has helped us visualize and better understand our processes within our business. It's also very straight forward and easy to understand/navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a couple of bugs that made navigating the system difficult. Most of those issues were resolved quickly though. I'd like to see options that allow users to organize/customize their inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a source of truth for us as a company. It allows us all to be on the same page. We not only are more productive but I feel like since we have it, we have become more efficient in our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday, it is straightforward to group the activities and keep track of the sub-activities derived from a single project. It has an amicable interface to track projects

The sub-elements are difficult to detect. They can create an "identifier" where it is easier to notice that an element has sub elements

It shows my team what the current projects are and what stages each of the action items is in; It also allows assigning managers and delivery times

I love Monday.com's intuitive user interface, as well as the automation features, which helps me keep my projects organized without having to manually sort or file them. I also constantly use the robust search and sort features, so I never spend more than a few seconds looking for items that I need to reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration with Monday.com is that Groups must all have the same columns on a single board. There are times when it would better suit a project to have a Board with Groups that have different columns, and I wish that functionality was available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps solve communication problems across our organization. One major benefit of Monday.com is the ability to check on the progress of projects in which I'm a stakeholder, without having to interrupt anyone on my team and ask them for an update.

Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Monday is automation. I can easily create them and share them with the team. I have reminders, changing dates, emails and many other automations. We started using Monday, the free version for more than a year, even as a free tool, we found it helpful, but we needed more features.

I would love to have more flexibility in creating charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that consolidates all aspects of the business, from the beginning of a bid until the completion of the proposal sent to a customer or prospect. By creating columns and naming them quickly, we can have all the information we need to keep track of the progress of each project. We also wanted to encapsulate all of the process of work management when a bid has been awarded, and this has been a great tool to achieve this purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralization of workflow in a single place, having the possibility to integrate external content and to automate tasks. The possibility to customize everything it's really good for my company, which is small but high-tech with many needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, updates to the platform make your previous schemes "obsolete", with the need of an intervention to update everything to the new features. Some automations are still missing on the "when date arrives" templates, but I see that new features are coming every time an update is done!

I was in a complete mess dealing with different projects related to different customers.
Also, I have few customers that need particular attention on the followed project workflow.
Monday solved almost all the management problems, from the proposal to the point-to-point check of results (meetings included).

What I love most about monday.com is its simplicity.
Fewer emails & email attachments, fewer excel sheets, and no more endless scrolling to find a piece of information hidden in my inbox.
It allows the data to be organized visually, keeping it clean and easy to swallow. The status changing & automations add a pinch of fun to everyday project management chores ;)
I also love the view feature, which makes any data look sexy. Highly recommend!

I really miss more color-coding, fonts & personalization options for items.
Also, an opportunity to choose multiple single dates in one date column would be helpful - for example, listing home office days and integrating them with Team's calendar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of all - it saves time! My team communicates via one platform that has it all - info, assets, timelines and deadlines. Real-time status changes are an excellent feature for our freelance and agency collaborators - they do not have to ask questions if something is ready yet, and I do not have to deliver these answers. The answers are already there - on monday.com boards!

The most agile, fast evolving platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've work as a project manager with differrent tools, but monday was by far the most suitable. This because everything is customizable to your unique workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the use of the API you can almost overcome every wall you run in to. It was a bit slow every now and then, but since the release of mondayDB, the speed has drastically improved, so I'm satisfied!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview for management, real-time data, the app is very useful for installers on the road, easy for planning, more productivity because it takes less time to share data with everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Transparency and how things are streamlined with everyone and how things are being viewed to ensure everyone is on the same page. Also, the app is useful in the event folks are not able to use a traditional laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I know of as of yet. Initially, I disliked the process because it was new to learn and by allowing me to continue to work with the program/app. So far, love everything now :-)
