What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides a user-friendly interface with a visually appealing design. It makes it easy to navigate and understand the platform, allowing teams to quickly adapt to it.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations have channged our time to complete admin, the email integartion with outlook enables us to send reminders and chase things without doing a thing, its brilliant

Not a lot - it works very well for us and i have no complaints

Its helping us work across teams so data is shared amongst HR, payrol and admin teams to ensure everyone knows everything they need to know without sending loads of manual emails

Cannot force user down a certain path like older workflow tools that I have used and the Salesforce integration will cost is extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our teams stay organized and track operational metrics.

Monday.com is a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com is colorful, user-friendly, and versatile. For the simplest task list to multi-faceted projects, Monday.com is a tool for every business type and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point can put some users off, especially those with small business budgets or personal usage. The free trial does have enough usage for some use cases, but Pro is where the most beneficial usage is and not all can afford the seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with multiple remote teams, it consolidates project tracking and communication into a central location rather than having multiple online docs in various drives. Helps to eliminate full inboxes and tedious email strings.

We are able to track all of our offices and have them feed info to a main board. This allows us to task groups and individuals, build forms, automate documents

I like the workflows, organization, customization, and collaboration that it brings.

Sometimes it can be a little bit overwhelming at times. Can be hard to get the hang of things at first (took me months to feel comfortable and fully optimized)

Monday.com Form design
What do you like best about the product?
As a team, we have designed many forms on Monday.com. We have created an intake form and recently done a POV closure form. The form design is pretty easy and slick. We use Monday.com primarily to track the status of the Innovation portfolio (proof of values) and the automation work. It is easy to move status for near time visibility and the time stamps provide valuable metrics for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no particilar dislike about Monday.com, but we are moving away from Monday.com to Orion since our value capture office (VCO) is tracking all the portfolio work through orion and they dont want to use multiple tools for tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a slick tool that allows us to get a pulse of all the innovation work and automation work. It provides us the ability to capture where the proof of value is in the product lifecycle. This is immensely beneficial to us as the goal is to scale and industrialize the successful POVs.

What do you like best about the product?
After you finish a task, you can just click done and it takes it down to the completed tasks. It's very organized and I like how all my co-workers can see any changes I have made or notes I saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything is amazing and organized. Maybe avatars instead of pictures. Some background music or an undo button if you've made a mistake or be able to react to notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our fleet accounts are way more organized and let you know when their bill is due and you can add all the invoices and contact information. Our business performance did increase major and we get more done without errors.
