Clean and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this program keeps me organized but with the new update it gotten better looks in term that it looks cleaner and more intuitive. Excellent job on the revamp!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish their would be more details on mobile notifications. Easier way to create notifications for individual slot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving organization issues we had. Instead of using excel and being confusing. This is simple to use and can update date on the fly or even update information
Invaluable Tool with a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday is so highly customizable. The ability to create & integrate boards while customizing everything from colors, to data type, to automatic workflows, is invaluable - especially for small teams with lots of moving pieces.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. At first, I found it cumbersome and frustrating. With a little time and patience, though, it became fairly natural. A few features could be more practical - like an option to create reoccurring tasks or workflows, for example. But generally speaking, workarounds are available. I do wish the developers would address some user requests that continue to come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows organizations to compile a high volume of information into one platform in a way that is easy to review and manipulate. For my client organizations, it expands their capacity by keeping more information in one place with fewer manual steps.
A rough but basic journey.
What do you like best about the product?
The best word that can describe monday.com is improvement. The workflow in my business was so slow before that, when we started using monday.com, everything was so clear and simple, my teams started to see better numbers in all meanings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somedays monday.com isn't working right, giving us some slowdowns that make all my teams start getting nervous about schedules and deadlines getting near and they can't do nothing to get monday.com working right except waiting for the server's to get better ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our problems with missing deadlines, missing documents, and our workflow has improved and it was all solved using monday.com, now were working so fast and with a reliable platform.

Monday is a fantastic tool for managing agile development
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using Monday for managing Agile development, and I must say, it has been a great experience. The ease with which I can create sprints and tasks is impressive. I particularly appreciate the "document" feature, which allows me to create documents directly linked to jobs. It's incredibly convenient for writing detailed specifications for developers.
One aspect that stands out is the effortless creation of custom fields. These fields have been invaluable in tracking progress on various applications. I can create fields to set numbers or story points for each task and keep track of deployment versions. This level of customization has significantly enhanced my ability to monitor and manage projects effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been instances where the app becomes slow or stops responding altogether. However, I'm relieved to say that a quick reload of the app consistently resolves these problems.

We are currently in the process of developing three apps simultaneously, and Monday has been instrumental in helping us keep track of all the tasks for each individual app.

Although monday.com has an intuitive interface, some people may need some time to fully familiarize themselves with the platform and take advantage of all the available features. The learning curve may be steeper for those who are not used to project management tools.

it's helpful to make sure that the team is all working towards the same goal

the ui could be a little improved in my opinion, but there has a recent update which has definitely improved the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's great for our social media channels, the whole team can contribute to one space updated in real time - eg manager can plan, copywriter can plan the content and captions etc. I also use the calendar to manage my time during work, which helps me to focus on tasks and also my colleagues can see what I'm working on & when
Excellent Product for Work From Home situations
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize and keep track of you work. Sharing daily updates, keeping track of projects, schedule creation and gantt charts are the most useful features of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web application work perfect without any flaws. However there are many bugs in the desktop and mobile applications that needs to be fixed. Hope that these will be fixed in the future.

Monday.com provides a platform for employer and employees to collaborate and work head to head by different locations. I work at a Japanese firm while in Sri Lanka. Makes it easy to keep our progress in sync.
