Keeps us organized and efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is so easy to use, and it really helps us bring together our projects. We can see who has bandwidth to take on more work each week, as well as see what other projects are happening throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I feel is that you have to pay for all the extras, but it's not a lot of money in the overall scheme and it makes it so much better to use with the pro version!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of too many emails. Instead of emailing each step of the project, we are putting it all on monday.com. It is also allowing us to see everything that is happening across the agency in one place, and keep track of the time being spent on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for customization and has a great way to optimize work.
Our team has been using it for 5 months now and it has transformed our routine.
We can't imagine not using Monday in our day-to-day job anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be very helpfull is to chose more colour options for customization. Also would be benefitial the option to buy as many users as we like (not 3 or multiplus of 5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us to track our work better, improve our comunication with the team members, keep track in real time of our OKRs and keep the history of what was asked in the elements.

Helps streamline projects and manage & communicate with team members

What do you like best about the product?
The different boards to manage our different clients' projects and being able to upload files and communicate with team members effectively in the specific task. Also, the ability to assign projects and input deadlines, as well as, some of the integrated apps that can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for myself which may not be the case for everyone is the cost per team member, or certain packages especially for small business owners. I would like to use the time tracker feature with my team but I have to upgrade to a package that is currently not in my budget. So, I have to out source to another company to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem monday.com is solving for me is keeping track of projects and files in one place, and that our team members can easily access them without having to send a bunch of emails.

Great tool for automation and management!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of Monday.com and all its capabilities. I began using Monday.com last autumn and was a bit skeptical and nervous about using it. Within a few sessions, I was a pro at making my own boards. About nine months later, I want to utilize Monday as a tool to highlight to current master's students at my old university as a tool to use in managing thesis writing components. Hoping to use it as part of my leadership training goal and provide students with a presentation on options for leveraging online tools, especially Monday.com, to help guide and review their progress. Monday has helped me organize various tasks and milestones to manage my team's work better and create visuals with the dashboard functionality. I wish I had had this tool before beginning my professional career; Monday would have made managing my thesis progress and writing timelines easier and helped create more realistic deadlines, especially with needing to complete my thesis within record time. I recommend Monday for anyone interested in managing all the details of the projects they work on and documenting the completion of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this time. So far, so great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently had issues with getting an enterprise license, but the problem was on our IT side, not Monday.com's, but Monday.com has been very supportive and helpful in getting us up and running.

Organizing and Streamling Visions and Dreams!

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Monday.com since the beginning of 2023 and it has streamlined how our organization operates! From better work forms, easier follow-up and automatic email campaigns, no one is falling through the cracks anymore! Communication is also better through our different ministries, and our project management/tracking is helping us accomplish our visions/goals/dream events.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only downside has been the learning curve for our older staff but thankfully the video tutorials have been a saving grace (I wish these were easier to access from our workspaces.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes it so much easier to track when sub-sections or tasks of a project are completed, as well as sending automatic reminders (through automations and Google mail integrations,)

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to connect with my coworkers to give them updates and how easy it is to specify which coworkers I need specific information to go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything I don't like so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my ministry's biggest issues was communication between the team. Monday has turned that around so much! Having a "paper trail" of our communication, being able to direct messages to certain coworkers, etc. has been extremely beneficial!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super customizable and can do everything that you want it to do. You can also customize it to fit your preferences to make it easy to use. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is super customizable, it can be complex to build out. There are, however, lots of resources to helps users learn to use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing a CRM for my company as well as a client project management platform.

Wonderful Experience with Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the flexibility of making different boards, with items and subitems. It keeps our projects SO organized for the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking feature lacks in functionality quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps our projects extremely organized. The 'My Work' feature is extremely helpful for our team members to know what they are working on, and when their tasks are due.
The time tracking feature is not our favorite. It does not allow our team the ability to see how many hours they've logged for a week, and time tracking on subitems does not track back to efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday, is that it is user-friendly. I have implemented processes with users who are not tech savvy and they have caught on so quickly to their role inside of monday, with very little support from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if I can truly find a downside. The only thing that I have found, that I would like to add to our onboarding page is a quick signature column for new hires to sign off on their check-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped each department in a different way. For our Operations team, it has increased Accountabilty in our hiring process that encourages and remind management to check in with their staff. It has helped Marketing with trade show planning, sample inventory, swag inventory, sample orders. We have created new processes that has increased our departments productivity.
