Monday for criminal lawyers
What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to adapt to your needs; compared with other software, I find monday.com to be a very user-friendly and adaptable to all those little nuances of your specific practice that other software don't have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes very long time to figure out what everything does. the set up time was very long and the extent of the features make it very hard to figure out which one works or which doesnt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep calendar on track and all the information about the clients on track. It is very good to keep all this info in one accessible place at all times. also to keep documents in order
To do lists? Endless Emails Threads? Not Anymore!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped my team to stay on track with every project, we now have cut endless email threads and our approval and review processes have improved enormously!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like is the possibility of paying for exactly the amount of seats we use. I sort of understand the concept but it seems it works best for larger companies, for small to medium size company have to pay for 10 seats while we only use 6 it was almost a deterrent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication, faster approval process, achieving deadlines, avoiding email cramping and long email threads, targeted projects... Our performance has improved overall!
Monday is incredibly useful for keeping our schedule together
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to keep track of my work in the site. The filter option is my favorite because it can get a little crowded showing everyones work. It is also very nice that it sends emails to keep track of updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way too many emails that are not important. I get ads and every message in there get sent to me if I've ever been apart of the project. Also if you add yourself to a project and then remove it, you will always be shown that project no matter what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the information on our projects in one place, so if I am helping someone else's customer, I can find everything I need to know. Also I can see when my jobs are planned for, so I am always ahead of them.

Monday keeps everything organized and you can easily create lists and add team members to tasks.

I find nothing that I dislike about Monday. Its great!

What I like most about monday is that you can create a very convenient checklist that will help you complete your CRM with all the additional activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking all open and closed orders with the amount of detail I want. It is an excellent tool for me; my productivity has increased since I started using it. I have been using it for about a year and a half and I still use it every day.
My favorite thing has to be connecting it to other boards, it is a great way to cut down on unnecessary work. Not to mention the Monday.com Knowledge Base is a great tool, I am able to get all the help I need quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more advanced automations, especially with subitems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current software is unable to capture as much information as Monday has. We are not able to display data in this way; previously, things could be missed, and this way, it makes it easier to track everything. I can customize and have all that I need in one place.
A truly collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the workspace and the CRM integrate so well together. This platform has increased my team's productivity tenfold. We would not be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has not been able to use the mobile as successfully. The project management tools are not as user-friendly on mobile as on the desktop. It is an overall fantastic product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified platform to manage our business contacts and communication as well as all of our project details. Integrating these two systems for our company has saved a lot of organizational churn.

What I like best about monday.com is how intuitive it is to use, and as a consequence of that how I've managed to get my teams organised

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've grown a lot over the last few years & were using processes that worked well when we were smaller but needed tools that could manage our new expanded size. We have lots of small sites (we're a chain of pharmacies) & needed an efficient way of being able to manage & keep track of progress of how those site are progressing on tasks we have given them. Healthcare is highly regulated & so having the robust audit trail of activity that monday.com gave us was invaluable. It’s also been a huge tool in organising & bringing together our Head Office team. Honestly I have no idea how we managed before we had Monday.com
Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me stay on top of deadlines, especially when they change last minute. It also helps me inform my coworkers of the current status of a project without needing to write a note.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not so much a dislike, but I think it would be useful to be able to hover over work in work management and quickly read updates/activity. There also seems to be a noticeable delay between the time work is assigned to me and when it shows up under the "My work" view.
