Great Tool for our Office
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to organize every project we have
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve but very minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the agency's task for clients
Keeps us super organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have a date to do the work on and a due date column, that helps a lot with deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could also import subtasks, it would save us some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is completely remote, with Monday we can see progress on all tasks and tag each other in the comments. We can also see if anyone is waiting on someone else to complete their task(s).
Outstanding Program
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use and keeps us organized. I like the fact that my Executive Director and Board Members can check the status of grants, fundraising opportunities and auction sponsorships.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you go into the next level of services, there is no warning that you are doing so. We found an additional charge on our charge card which was a surprise to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of grants and fundraising opportunities provides us with the peace of mind that nothing is being overlooked. Board members and the Executive Director have access to the information to make solid financial decisions.
Organization made simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes organizing my projects so simple with the workspaces and dashboards! The fact that you can add different categories and sub-item categories really help me stay on top of my jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say, I actually quite love the site, but I wish the website had a feature to check off an item or allow me to set up where I change the status and it'll automatically move it to a designated group. Oh or to archive and for them to keep their individual groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it's helped me realize my work ethic. The time tracker on each project keeps me mentally present on how I should be handling my time on a job. Greatest feature in my opinion.
Modern-looking and scalable project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the look and feel, the colors, the style, it's user-friendly and intuitive, it has a Gantt chart view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a live support and not a AI help. I have a few questions about the tool's capability.

Keeping things organizing, letting me know due dates, priorities and statuses

Monday.com has helped our team stay organized and on track with our myriad of projects, campaigns, and assignments. We would not be where we are right now without Monday.com.

There are some automations and integrations that would be helpful. I've submitted suggestions to support.

We had no system for tracking campaigns and projects, and now, it's 10x easier to collaborate and coordinate across multiple business sectors and teams without relying on exhaustive email chains or meetings.

Mobile and Remote Access: Monday.com offers mobile apps and web access, making it convenient for teams to collaborate and manage tasks from anywhere. This is especially beneficial for remote or distributed teams who need to stay connected and productive on the go.

Task Tracking and Accountability:
A project management tool and CRM all rolled into one
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smart it is, it moves things easily and it is simple to set up automations. It is a lot more visually appealing than most other crms
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can fault Monday on, I do think as users go over 15 there should be a better price per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It accurately helps us have an overview of our tasks and helps us manage our teams effectively, and allows us to track things in real time. It makes our jobs a lot simpler.
Monday.Com has been amazing at taking us from an individual centric model to a team centric model.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.Com has helped all our staff have a central place for information and work more collaboratively as a department. We manage over 150 events and services a year, plus dozens of projects, and it helps keep everything straight. We're also starting to dive into using the Forms feature to help expedite and streamline the intake of needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the limitations of the software versus the website. You cannot link a file from Google Drive from the software, only via the website. I'm hoping this gets resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had several staff changes in our department over the last 3 years, and Monday is helping us go from an individual-centric workflow to a department-centric workflow. This helps us organize 150+ events and services a year so we don't miss any details, better serve our internal and external clients, and stay more organized as a staff.

How customizable it is without a steep learning curve

Sometimes when you are dealing with a large amount of information, the program can be slightly glitchy and slow to load
