great collaboration tool, it helped our team to track daily progress of tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
we can track our own tasks effectively. Entire usecase could be broken into sub tasks and tracked effeciently, owners and sub items owner could be assigned easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a lot of time to load both the tasks page and the dashboards else it's the best tool in the market that's for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it hepls in tracking big tasks and sub level tasks thus ensuring every task is completed on time and the delivery is on time.Timelines could be defined efficiently and hours could be specified as well.
Makes organization so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to organize all sections into different subsections and groups. It allows for a better organization of the material on the board. I also like being able to choose who gets to see specific boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Monday.com is that I have to look at more than one screen for the information of, for example, an applicant. I look at their profile. However, I must also look at Monday.com to find the rest of their information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves organizational issues and allows us to know where to find specific papers or notes. We no longer need to search through multiple drawers to find a document.

I found it really easy to work, my tasks have been organized and I really like its support services.

What do you dislike about the product?
my only issue is when getting new update, sometimes I can get the latest edited updated email. on other words, when my staff do edit on hos update, I'm not receiving the email from the last edited one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me to have mpre structures and organized work and have all updates and history of all previous tasks for each case. So I can review the last updates easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me stay organized. It's easy to use, and comes with plenty of ready-made templates. It has great features and functionality and integrates well with all my other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the pricing plans were more flexible. I'm a (very) small business, but I have to pay for unused seats to access all the features.

I manage multiple projects across clients. Monday.com helps me keep everything straight.

Sub-tasks do not automatically update the task with the date and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It´s a super intuitive platform. We can work on several types of tasks

To be honest I didn't find any point that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has been extremely important in many points. Now we are able to manage Objectives and Key results and our projects. Our performance has increased a lot in many aspects.
Effective project management solution
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me on track with my projects, letting me know with user-friendly dashboards what tasks are approaching or due. With the ability to easily change statuses on tasks, a simple look let's me know how productive I'm being.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of forms for users to be able to submit requests or tickets is robust but not very fluid. Once they're created and in place, though, they're extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my team on the same page. Because of monday.com, I'm able to see where my coworkers are at in the projects we're working on, and the ability to add comments gives us the opportunity to share details.

Monday does not have an easy way to build blueprint templates.

Monday helps keep our team on track and gives project timelines and status visibility.
Excellent tool to improve workflow and visibility among team and management
What do you like best about the product?
My team doesnt follow the standard process of SCRUM methodologies as we dont normally do Sioftware development, but it has helped implement a variation of the methodology with its kanban boards, archive lists, visitibility between members and management, as well as automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored the many aspects of monday that are available, but there are a too many spread out features. They have good documentation but can do with better navigation to said features and documentation with tips on how to achieve quick features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it solves workload identification as well as issue tracking and its benefitted the team and management greatly in increasing transparency among the group as a whole.
