World is your oyster with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are what separates Monday.com from a piece of paper or a spreadsheet in excel. Taking away the minute actions of moving data or doing the next step really makes my time more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only it could integrate with our HRIS that would be awesome! Having an undo button would help as well or being able to press Ctrl+Z. Also, why the limit on automations?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our HRIS does not provide a robust module for leaves of absence. We are not at a size yet to spend another 20k on a separate leave management system. I was able to build a board to track leaves of absence and automatically populate the sub tasks that needed to happen when a person goes on leave. They have specific deadlines to be done by. It is also helping us with transparency on projects, our size is growing and more people need to access the data at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is useful in case you need to organice yours and other peoples day and labour at you job. As an account manager it helps me explain what everyone has to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing i dislike about the app. It works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com i dont have to be constantly sending emails to my colleagues so they are updates on the work flow.
Amazing crm, wouldnt use anything else!

You can have multiple channels wish has 100% kept me organised!

not much - sometimes hard to use or learn but really useful once yuo get the hang of it

My work flow has signifcantly imrpoved. Completely my work fasting than ever. I can track my tasks and have my boss see what im doing too!.
Just customizable enough without being overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
THere are so many options to organize my workflows that any type of business or person can find their fit here. It's also very easy to transition over to monday from other services or google sheets

There are some options i would like to try but im not sure how they are best used and sometimes i feel like i am not getting the most out of monday by not trying them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of different things and monday helps me keep them separated from each other but also tasks within them grouped accordingly. its good for large scale project tracking with multiple people or single task management
Great way to organize the teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that our organization can keep track of the multiple projects and assignments in a clear and concise tool that helps the many teams using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability for one board to update another and then back again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing one tool that multiple teams can use to add consistency and organization to the many different projects and initiatives they have. It allows management to review the projects and provide insight through updates and messages without leaving the tool. It gives others visibility into the progress and challenges a team is facing with it's projects.
Amazing for creating organizational efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows, integrations, dashboards that show visuals. Organize team projects and tasks. Ability to create integrated forms that can be filled out externally and then timelines built on back-end to track tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to have internal users be part of paid seats. Not helpful when not all teams are using Monday but you want coordinated participation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a great customer support area where they are responsive at helping at allow you to submit future ideas. They have a good community area where you can collaborate with other users.
Flow optimization
What do you like best about the product?
What attracts me most about monday is the way it is possible to optimize flows, work and be able to shorten communication more and more, making mention of people involving teams more and more. Along with that, updates like monday's AI are extremely necessary features for everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is more about the limitation on the sub-items, but I saw in several videos that there are many updates to add to the platform, so this will possibly be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What monday brought the most benefit was the possibility of managing my entire client portfolio (I'm Customer Success) in an interactive way, being able to send emails to my clients, generate dashboards to manage follow-ups, everything it in just one place.

Customizable board views, My Work page, intuitive design, funny micro animations, automations, integrations with other apps, constant improvement
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to filter tasks by date on My Work page; from time to time, subtasks appear broken; it counts automations each time automation is executed instead of once it's set.

All the company's work is in one place, making collaborating and interacting easier. Possibility to stay and keep updated.
Efficient Construction Management and Seamless Communication with Mondays.com
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of Mondays.com for our rental turn over construction management program has been exceptional. These features include task management, real-time updates, file sharing, and seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there was a slight learning curve for our team members to fully grasp all the functionalities and features of Mondays.com. It took some time for everyone to become comfortable and proficient with the platform.

Mondays.com has been invaluable in handling our extensive workload of over 60 jobs at any given time. Prior to using Mondays.com, we faced communication challenges between our field workers and the office due to the large number of jobs we handle simultaneously. Mondays.com serves as a centralized platform that allows seamless communication and collaboration between our team members, ensuring that everyone stays updated on project progress, timelines, and any changes or issues that arise. This has greatly improved overall communication efficiency and reduced misunderstandings.
